Location was good.As the name suggests, the hotel had a calm atmosphere reminiscent of a Western hotel.Dinner was also great with delicious course meals.Speaking of luxury...The room key is so vintage that it's hard to put in. Difficult to unlock. Difficult to lock.Also, maybe it's because it's advertised as a hotel? He has minimal conversations with the staff and does not even show himself.Even though it's like a hotel, the surrounding area is mostly pensions, so it would have been nice to have a friendly conversation with the staff during dinner.

The course meals were delicious and made me want to stay again. There are some inconveniences, such as the lack of Wi-Fi, but even with that in mind, I had a good stay.Up to 4 people can use the private bath at the same time.On the way back, we were given a ride to the station.

I gave it 5 stars because the food for both breakfast and dinner was amazing and delicious.The building was an American house made of high-quality materials and was comfortable with no drafts.The temperature of the bath was just right, and I warmed up by soaking in it many times while I was there.Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is weak. I think it would be good to strengthen the Wi-Fi or have chairs in the lobby since the first floor of the building is connected.

Used for overnight stay without meals after my husband's ultramarathon. As soon as we arrived, we used the private bath. It's spacious enough for two people to stretch their legs and be satisfied. The twin room was clean and had a calm atmosphere and I slept well. It seemed like a smoking room, but there was no smell at all. It's about a 10 minute drive from Nikko Station, so it's a great location for dinner. Minus points for the fact that if someone is smoking in another room, the smell of cigarettes can be felt from the hallway to the room.
