This is an inn where you can stay with your pet 🤍 Apart from taking a bath, you can stay with your dog ✨ It's the best inn with meals and room service.

I've been a repeat customer for about 20 years, and my dog is now my third generation. This time, I used the points I had accumulated to stay at a hotel for two couples.Although the building is old, the staff are kind and the inn is very comfortable.I've traveled to many dog-friendly accommodations, and all the dogs seem to be the most comfortable at Juen Fukuku. It seems nice to be able to spend time freely in your room.

I don't know why the reviews are good. I don't want to give even 1 star. I have an allergy, so I called to inquire about the dinner menu, but the receptionist and landlady were so rude that I felt disgusted. He had an intimidating attitude the whole time, and in the end he told me to just cut it off and it would be okay. Of course I canceled my reservation.

I booked a non-smoking room. Actually, when I made the reservation, it seemed like there were only non-smoking rooms, so I felt safe. However, when I entered the room, no matter how I interpreted it, it smelled like cigarettes. And there's an ashtray on the table...? ! I checked again on various websites, but the rooms are only non-smoking. There are no smoking rooms. why? !I thought about checking to see if it was a non-smoking room, but the unique atmosphere of the inn didn't make me feel like I could say that.Smell of cigarettes coming from the air conditioner. If it weren't for this, I wouldn't have complained because it was a one-service first service where you could have your dog seated free at this price. disappointing.

It was the worst ever. When I went to the reception, there was no response and they were unfriendly. The elevator is also small and dirty.I went to my room, but it was still dirty! Is there a leak in the ceiling? It's moldy. The curtains were frighteningly torn and had holes in them... The pot placed there was not an electric pot either, which surprised me in this day and age. Of course it's dirty... The teacup placed there was also dirty. The bathroom in the room was also dirty, so I didn't use it. (The hot spring was not used either) The chair near the window was obviously dirty! ! It was so dirty that I stopped touching it. Even though I paid for the dog's accommodation, there were no supplies! (I'm glad I brought my own.) There were some dog diapers at the reception, but they were cheap. There were no diapers left at the reception desk, so when I told the employee, ``I don't have any diapers,'' she went to the back of the store without saying a word and handed me just one diaper. Of course, they are silent (I'm not saying it's for everyone, but we have 3 of them).I finally saw a smile on my face when I paid at checkout. (He smiles when he sees the money.) I came outside to see him off, but after he took the time to load up his luggage, he left without being friendly.I will never go there again. The most unpleasant experience ever! Unsanitary! Unfriendly! I will never go there again! I don't think you should take people's money and let them stay there.People with weakened immune systems are at high risk.(Why can't I write a review on Raku◯To◯Bell? So I wrote it here.)

The food was so delicious! Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. The only inconvenience is the darkness of the room and the inability to use the refrigerator. The walls were so thin that every time I heard a noise in the middle of the night, the dog would growl or bark, and the pillows were so hard that I couldn't sleep at all. It was nice that I didn't have to worry about it because it was served in my room. It is better to arrive early as there will be limited parking.

Since the price is low, the building is old, which is expected, but the dog's relaxation, dinner, and bath are more than expected. There was also an open-air bath. The shabu-shabu and sashimi for dinner are especially delicious. The ice cream dessert after the meal was also delicious. The parking lot and the road to the inn are narrow so please be careful. Looking at the hot spring town as a whole, it was not lively.
