I booked a room facing the river. As soon as I arrived at the inn, I was shown to my room, but before I could open the door, the landlady said, ``The window is open for ventilation.''As soon as I entered the room, there was a very strong smell of toilet deodorant, so I wondered why it smelled like toilet deodorant, and when I looked around the room, I saw that there was a toilet in the room, fully open. did. I get a headache, the smell transfers to my luggage, and I don't want to eat in the middle of this smell.I asked, ``Why is there a deodorizer for the toilet in the room?'' The customer's smell was really bad...'' What is it about the smell that you can't disguise without making it smell this bad? When I went into the toilet, there was dirt all over the place that I could see. I thought it hadn't been cleaned, but when I lifted the toilet seat, I saw dirt flying all over the place and it was disgusting. When I asked her if she was cleaning, she said, "I'm cleaning. I'm sorry," but I was wondering why there was so much dirt flying around while she was cleaning. I thought. However, I tried to put up with the terrible smell, but I heard a child's voice and footsteps coming from the room above, and there was a vibration of about 3 on the Japanese seismic intensity scale. There was no sign that the situation would be resolved any time soon, so I asked the front desk and was told that there was a small child in the room next door and above me.When I requested a change of room, I was given a room on the mountain side that I don't usually use.In front of the room on the mountain side, there is an inn where you can stay with your pet, so I don't usually use it because the dog's barking is annoying, but it was better than the room with the smell and vibrations. The hot springs are lukewarm unless you're near the hot springs, there's no Wi-Fi, and the furniture in the rooms is so worn out that the fabric of the chairs is so worn that you'd throw it away at home. I wanted to take a relaxing hot spring bath, but it was a disaster. Why did they allocate that room to me when it was full and there were other guests? It would have been better if you had called me and canceled the reservation when you realized that the room was so smelly that it was unusable.

I often travel alone. Meals are served in your room, and the public bath is a hot spring bath.

The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and are clean. It's quiet and you can spend your time listening to the sound of the river flowing. The char sashimi is awesome!! Taisho? The surrounding scenery is beautiful, making you feel like you've traveled back in time to the early Showa era. The free flowing hot springs are also soothing.

First stay in 5 years due to injury and coronavirus. I was surprised and touched that both my husband and the landlady remembered me so well. I will definitely use it again!
