Unfortunately, the signal was out of range, and for some reason I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi.The perfect place for a digital detox. Both the morning and evening meals were very satisfying. The way the hot spring flowers scatter is beautiful and impressive. But was it only on this day? No hot water comes out of the faucet,Since only low-temperature water came out, I gave up washing my body and hair.It feels like the power to the boiler has been turned off.I was able to watch all the Kanto TV stations.

It was over an hour by bus from the nearest station, and the bus was operated with the windows open, so bees came in and attacked us. Also, there is no signal connection in the room. Even NHK doesn't come on TV, only TV Asahi (^◇^;)But that's what makes it a secret. The air is clean enough, it's quiet in the mountains, and it's easier to get to than Hatcho-yu or Kani-yu in the back.As it is located along a mountain stream, river fish, especially char, are a specialty of the area and were served at dinner. I also tried the optional deer sashimi for the first time, and it was delicious. In addition to the main rock bath, there are three open-air baths that look like wooden pot baths, so you can relax while taking a forest bath. Personally, I liked that the indoor bath was spacious.

I'm visiting Japan's secret hot springs, and this time I'll be visiting Onyado Komayumi no Sato in Heikedaira Onsen.By the way, the name ``Komayumi'' comes from a fallen Heike warrior who settled in this village and used a bow made from top wood instead of bamboo in preparation for battle in this village where bamboo did not grow. It seems that it was named.[Residence] ○ Accommodation made from primeval wood made of primeval forestIt is a single house surrounded by the nature of Okukinu. There is a municipal bus stop in front of the inn, which is very convenient.I was immediately welcomed by a snake that was less than 1 meter long, and it was my first encounter with a snake in several years, so I was surprised.I arrived at the hotel before 1am, so I thought I was too early, but I was still able to check in, so I was very grateful. The interior of the hotel was decorated with pillars and tables made of precious wood, giving off the scent of wood, creating the atmosphere of a primeval forest. The room I was shown to was named after a woman named ``Mayumi,'' so I felt a little strange, but then I realized that it was named after ``Komayumi no Sato.''The Japanese-style room was 10 tatami mats in size and was very relaxing and relaxing. In addition, there are very few places in modern times that do not accept credit card payments and only accept cash payments.Additionally, there is a toilet in the guest room, which is Japanese-style, which is rare these days, so it was full of the nostalgic retro feel of the Showa era.[Hot water] ○ Open-air log bath with natural hot spring waterThe hot spring water flowing directly from the source is a sodium chloride spring, and has a slight sulfur smell.Although the pH is neutral at 6.5, the hot water was very pleasant to the touch. The open-air bath had four small bathtubs carved out of chestnut logs, and I was able to enjoy my own bath for a while by soaking in each one.[Food]△ Fill your stomach with dishes made with fresh local ingredientsFor dinner, the hot pot dish of duck loin and yuba stir-fried in butter was very delicious. In addition, we were served an abundance of dishes made with fresh local ingredients, such as salt-grilled rockfish, which left us full.In addition, when I asked for a cold sake with Nagomi ice, I was asked again if I could bring the ice and water separately, and when I said yes, I was given a tumbler. They brought ice cubes and cold water. When I checked the receipt at checkout, I found that it included 540 yen for ice. When ordering ice, I wish they would have said something like, ``There will be a 540 yen charge, but is that OK?''It was a shame that I felt like I had been ripped off in some way at the festival afterward. For breakfast, boiled tofu and miso soup were served in a small pot, satisfying my appetite from the morning.By the way, I stayed at Okukinu Onsen "Haccho no Yu" the night before, and I felt that this inn was about 20-30% more expensive, so I hope they will make more efforts to increase customer satisfaction. I want to.

This is an inn run by the Association for the Protection of Japanese Secret Hot Springs, and there is a separate indoor bath, a mixed bathing outdoor bath, and an outdoor bath for women only.A lot of white hot spring flowers had accumulated at the bottom of the bathtub, and there was a slight smell of sulfur. The main feature of this place is the bathtub carved out of a tree.On this day, the temperature of the water was about 45 degrees, and even though the large rock bath was filled with water from a hose, it was still so hot that my body turned red. I think it would be a good idea to adjust the amount of water injected into the hot springs or to surround only the area near the spout with a board to create a temperature difference, so that the hot water can be separated into hot water and lukewarm water.
