This is for day use.I didn't know what to do at the unmanned reception desk, so when I was talking with a friend, the owner of the store explained it to me in a friendly manner. I was told that the water was highly acidic and that I didn't need a shower. There is a long distance from the entrance to the bathtub, about 3 floors down the stairs. I was quite anxious on the way, but the quality of the springs was definitely good. Please note that there are no showers. The toilet is located near the entrance. It was beautiful.

2024.09.16It was a wonderful hot spring. 400 yen for a day trip.Nasu Yumoto Onsen (simple acidic sulfur hot spring) 100% free flowing water from the source. The host is quite knowledgeable about hot springs, and talking with him was both interesting and informative. The source of Shika-no-yu is cloudy white water. Normally the temperature should be high, over 50℃ (53.7℃), but on this day, due to the rain the past few days, the water temperature dropped to 45℃ (it felt like 41℃ at the bathing position). Well, because of the rain, the ingredients were diluted and the cloudiness was also slightly diluted (according to the host).(Actually, in winter when there is snow, the water does not seep into the ground, so you can enjoy the strongest hot springs.)The great thing about this place is that you can also enjoy Miharashi-no-Yu (Sawa-no-Yu source (Myoban spring)).The water temperature here was even lower, at a temperature of 39-40 degrees Celsius, so I was able to soak in it slowly.Good point・Free flowing water from the source・Two types of hot springs: simple sulfur spring and alum spring・The sulfur spring has a beautiful milky white color.・Bathing fees are cheap! 400 yen・The husband is a hot spring connoisseur, so I was able to talk to him about various things.Changes in hot spring temperature, etc.・Free parkingPoints to note・Hot springs that are irresistible for hot spring loversHowever, the building is aging andIt is necessary to take a bath knowingly. The bathroom is clean.

★4.5Hot springs are the best. There are hot and regular baths. It was a little scary until I got there, but it had a Showa feel to it and I enjoyed it. The facility is honestly in disrepair.

Visited after 9am on a public holiday. When I called out to them from the front door, they kindly gave me directions. According to other sites, the business hours are 9:00 to 20:00, which seems to be correct. As mentioned in other comments, the entrance system is to pay 400 yen at an unmanned counter at the back of the entrance. The ceiling in the long, dark hallway is peeling, so even if you're not very tall, you'll want to bend down. The long, steep stairs ahead are scary if you don't go down one step at a time, and even if you don't soak in the hot water, it feels like a haunted house and is very fun.Although Shika-no-Yu and nearby day-use facilities are good, we recommend this one to enjoy the luxury of a quiet hot spring. If you have someone in particular who is interested, we definitely recommend this as it has a suspension bridge effect. The men's and women's bathrooms are also close together, so you may feel even more nervous. The bathroom, which looks like it was left in an abandoned building, can accommodate up to four people, but I had it all to myself for about 30 minutes. The quality of the spring water was the same as the Shika-no-Yu source, so I didn't notice any particular difference. The water was dripping into the narrow bathtub, so it somehow felt fresh and pure. There are two bathtubs, the hot one is 45 degrees Celsius, and the other one is about 43 degrees Celsius.Even the stairs and tunnels that were a little scary when you first entered them look brighter after you've refreshed yourself.I would like to continue bathing with manners and moderation so that I can continue to enjoy this hot water.

240816 visits. 400 yen.Since there was no one there, I paid the fee and headed to the bathroom. It's not like you'll get lost, but it's surreal to walk through a cave-like passage all by yourself to the bathroom. .The bathroom is divided into two bathtubs, the left side is slightly hotter and the right side is much hotter. The left side is slightly greenish and cloudy, and the right side is slightly bluish and cloudy. I wonder if the source is the same, but the difference in input amount makes a difference? I tried drinking it with a cup, but there was no difference in taste. Relatively easy to drink. This is what a sulfate-based sulfur spring with a small amount of ingredients looks like. It seems to be acidic, but I didn't feel any sourness.A sulfur spring that leaves you feeling soft and smooth after bathing. It was so great to be able to enjoy this hot spring privately.
