Because I had an obstacle in wanting to stay at this hotel, I wanted to postpone the schedule, but I couldn't even book, I paid, they said I'll let you know later, but until now there's no news, my money has arrived, it can't be returned, it's very disappointing, I don't really recommend this accommodation if it can't be done. Give me back the full money, at least half of it, don't lose it like that

The rooms are minimalist but comfortable, strategic location on the very edge of the bend... Food service is fast response... I took the standard one with a 180k fan because I'm a single business person so I'm just looking for a cheap hotel room

I'm from Banyuwangi, I stay at this hotel 7 days because I'M FORCED to be comfortable, not comfortable, because I don't know where else to stay because I don't know where else, the room is stuffy, the bathroom is dirty, the mattress is dirty, the towels are sore, the towels are dirty, the staff are sitting in the corner. Which is precisely what makes it uncomfortable for visitors to the Riwa Riwi Hotel if they want to walk through the front, for me it's better to just look for another place instead of making it less comfortable ππ»ππ»ππ»

The receptionist is rude, the face & character are the same, please improve the service. It's not urgent, I don't want to stay here, it's enough for the rest of my life, the room is stuffy, I was given a room with no AC, Purwakarta was hot, boss, because I applied, I didn't choose to have AC, Boss, I applied, there was no choice of AC/non-AC, my husband and I slept like hot boiled crabs, asked to move rooms, Diblg everything was full even though I checked until the next morning it was still all empty and the room was tidy, don't lie too much boss or it won't be blessed.

The room is uglyππ the mattress is ugly and makes it itchy. Then the sheets also smell. Anduk smells of urine and the toilet also smells. I swear ππππ

Kmr, receptionist, security, ob are also ok. Got bad experience & service from an old man who sat next to the receptionist all night. I don't know what your duties are at MP Htl. I stayed there at the hotel my boss booked. And I was the one who put the room in but it made a problem. As long as I stay at any hotel, I've never had a problem with the room I booked. The important thing is that you have been paid. I was reprimanded in front of other people, "It's not polite. I was cursing again until finally in the middle of the evening I left MP. Please fix it. If there are officers who are not friendly, it's better not to use it, it makes people feel tired and uncomfortable. Moreover, if I stay there, come in from outside. The city is like that, when I went to the bathroom it smelled bad.

I've stayed there before, the price is affordable, it's worth it, in my opinion it's not bad, it's just a bit stuffy and the room doesn't smell good, in the future, hopefully the room will be fragrant and the bathroom will be fragrant too
