I would like to thank you for the service quality of Onishikawa Onsen Hotel. I checked in on October 8 and checked out on October 9th. On the evening of October 9th, I found that my glasses were left at the Onishikawa Onsen Hotel in a hotel in Tokyo. My niece who was studying contacted the Oniyagawa Onsen Hotel. Although she gave me the wrong room number, the hotel thought it was unlikely to be a lie, but was willing to send my glasses to Nagoya. As a result, I was still in Tokyo on the night of October 11th. I was very touched when I received a notification from my niece that the glasses had been delivered to Nagoya. I thought I wouldn’t be able to get them before I returned to my country, but it turned out that they had been delivered the night before I arrived in Nagoya. Thank you again for the hot spring hotel. I would like to express my gratitude for the thoughtfulness and attentiveness. If I have the opportunity to return to Kinugawa, I will definitely stay there. In fact, I have already returned to Taiwan and I am still full of emotions. I would like to give Kinugawa Hot Spring Hotel 100 likes.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights and 4 days. All the rice was freshly prepared and really delicious. The children seemed to have fun making parfaits. There were many things that children could eat, so parents were able to enjoy the buffet at a relatively leisurely pace. The room was a large Japanese style room. I was able to connect my Switch and watch DVDs. Although it is not new, it was well kept and I felt comfortable. We watched street performances after dinner every night, played table tennis, enjoyed nature experiences, took a bath in the public bath and family bath, and when we returned to the hotel from sightseeing, we ate soft-serve ice cream, puffed sweet potatoes, steamed buns, and rice crackers in the lobby every day. I really had a great time at the hotel. When I asked my son what he thought of the hotel, he gave a thumbs up and said, ``It was great.''The parking lot is far away, so I had to leave the key with the staff and have them come to the parking lot, but when I dropped them off in the morning, I was impressed that they stopped right in front of my car.The staff were also very approachable and polite, and I didn't have a single bad experience.I am very happy that I was able to have a fun time with my family.

This time I only used it for a day trip to the bath, but it was a great time to enjoy the wonderful large public bath with a view of the autumn leaves and even receive free tea and sweets. The staff are always calm and polite, and the inside of the hotel is clean and relaxing. Next time, I will stay overnight and enjoy my stay. thank you very much.

Late October 2023.I visited for the first time with my parents. First of all, the staff are kind and helpful. In today's world, it's rare to feel warmth, and that alone was enough to impress me.The rooms are a little old, but they have been beautifully renovated, so I have no complaints. If you want to, it's hard to unlock your room or hot spring locker😂Even if you insert the key, it often won't turn, so you need some tips, but you can become a master overnight. There are a wide variety of hot springs available, and you can bathe from 4am in the morning until 1pm at night. The atmosphere is rather calm as there are many elderly and repeat customers. So you can relax😊And best of all, the food is delicious!I think everyone, young and old, both morning and evening, will be satisfied, and it's worth coming back for that alone. On the way home, I suddenly realized that there are a lot of elderly service-oriented people, which means it's a relaxing atmosphere, and they're very attentive. I think it would be friendly for people with infants and toddlers, as there was a special corner in the food corner.I can recommend it to everyone 👍2024.10.15I visited again, and the hospitality was still very high. All the employees have really nice smiles. The feeling of enjoying the service industry probably gives off a good atmosphere overall 😊The lady who used to make onigiri rice balls told her children to make them delicious! It made me feel warm as I held it while performing with a big smile on my face ✨Just like last time, the dining room and bathroom were always stocked with baby food, chairs, and soap. This is an inn I would definitely like to visit again.

The building is showing its age, butThe lobby and rooms were also clean. The hot spring was semi-open-air with a roof, but the other baths were also large and comfortable.Dinner and breakfast were both buffet style, and the roast beef for dinner was especially thick, tender, and delicious (^o^)

You can’t beat how beautiful and authentic this hotel feels, from the hotel service / rooms / buffet style meals - absolute perfection. That’s all without even mentioning the private onsens they allow you to book each day, which was the cherry on top. Loved our stay, the surrounding area is also worth exploring. 10/10

Had a good time at this hotel. Nice room facing the river, great service staff from arrival, concierge, dining to room cleaning. The buffet variety was wide and quality was reasonably rather good. Onsen was nice with 5 different hot pools for each gender.
