The location is very good and there is a parking space, but the owner's family opened a takeaway shop and kept cooking on the first floor. There is no range hood. They also use the closed cafe on the first floor as a studio, which is quite messy.

In 2022, we ordered about 40 location bentos. It was surprisingly delicious. I thought this seasoning was not ordinary.I am not staying overnight.

Good location, nice building, friendly staff. Looks like it was a lively and busy place but we won't be coming back: they tried to charge us more than if we had booked through a booking platform and we spent a night on the third floor which was (I assume) dedicated to staff (old mattress and not super clean). Perhaps we were unlucky...By the way, no restaurant.

It is built in front of the river, and the storehouse can be seen nearby, so it has a good atmosphere. If you check out by 10am, there are no special procedures and it's easy. It was easy to hear voices and other noises, but it didn't bother me much because I was reminded to be careful and most of the people had good manners. It is not a hotel, so it is not suitable for people who are concerned about details. I think it feels exactly like coming to stay at a friend's parents' house.

The parking lot was easy to park and the location was very good, but the cafe on the first floor, which I had expected based on the reviews, seemed to be closed, and it wasn't very clean as it was full of cardboard boxes, and there wasn't much ventilation. The room was filled with the smell of oxidized oil, and I could smell it all the way to my room, so I had to leave the windows open the whole time. Check-in is through the cafe door, so I think it would be better to clean up a little more.Even at check-in time, the door was still locked and wouldn't open, so I called and asked a female staff member to open it for me. He was a friendly guy with a big smile, and he changed us to a larger room to accommodate the number of people, but there was hair on the mattress pad and dust everywhere, and it felt like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time.I was told that there was no lock in the room, but it was on just in case, so I locked it. However, since the entire sliding door moves, it is pointless. I thought it would be better to fix one side.I was expecting to be able to stay in a cheap and good hotel and have delicious food, so I was even more disappointed. That's too bad.
