Because I used Utsunomiya first, I was disappointed that the open-air bath on the rooftop was small. Others don't bother me that much. Was it because the room wasn't on the national highway side? There was no noise at all. Due to the location, there are many families with small children.

I arrived about 45 minutes earlier than check-in, but they let me in after waiting about 5 minutes. Thank you very much. I think it's a little old among Candeo. There are no problems with the equipment.

The structure on the first floor is beautiful and feels new, but that's only the first floor. When you enter the room, there is a gap between the first floor and the hotel, which is disappointing. First of all, it was stressful that there was only one elevator to go up to the floor of the room. When you enter the room, you are greeted by a small TV.There is a remote control like the one in the early Heisei era, which makes me feel even more empty.A chair that looks like it was picked up at an outlet somewhere with no cushioning.Glass desk with no practicality. It's noisy when I put things on it, and my computer mouse doesn't respond, which is also stressful. If I were to list it in detail, it is a hotel with no disappointing points. The only good thing is the location. Close to outlet and Sano Fujioka interchange. However, since it is along Route 50 where there is a lot of truck traffic, the noise is a concern, so I give it a zero rating.I used it for work this time, but I wouldn't choose it for private use. If you don't improve the quality of the rooms and the quality of maintenance, not just the first floor, you won't be able to satisfy your guests. As it is, I think it's a bad hotel in many ways.

There are many shops around the area so it's fun. The hotel had an unpleasant smell in the elevator, hallways, and rooms. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection, and I was able to eat it in a relaxed manner. The public bath is not a hot spring, but you can take a relaxing bath, but the changing area is small, which is a shame.

It was a stay without meals. I think the location is good, close to outlets and restaurants. The room was clean. The changing area in the bathroom felt small.

Although he calls himself Candeo, he is actually a rare being that is inferior to even Apa. First of all, there are unused tables and cardboard piled up next to the entrance. Next to the only elevator that everyone uses. The elevator operates at full capacity all day long. He was just going back and forth between the 1st floor (entrance) and the 10th floor (bathroom), and I started to feel sorry for him. Perhaps his whole body embodies the blackness of the working environment as a whole. In the first place, if facility businesses are not operating at full capacity, the damage will gradually increase, but the damage and neglect of small parts, such as bathroom locks, is noticeable. The final step is to stop using the open-air bath. I couldn't keep up with the cold outside and was a little above the water bath. I have a hard time understanding whether the boiler itself is bad or if I'm just being stingy.Even in the lukewarm sauna, the two seats in the upper row are tied together. There is a constant wait. If you paid a little attention, you would notice something like that right away, but it's hard to understand why you don't notice or just turn a blind eye. If you take a dip in the open-air bath after your summer activities, you are guaranteed to feel cold both in mind and body.Since the company's founding, no action has been taken regarding the noise problem in the north side guest rooms. All they could do is just flatten one room at a time and install double-glazed windows, but it's hard to understand why they can't think of it or can't do it.Breakfast is a person who is working hard, but the neighboring route inns have grown hair. For example, Kyoto Karasuma Candeo's breakfast is nowhere near as good as the one you get at a machiya townhouse that literally wakes you up. The aroma you get when you walk into other Candeos is also absent here. What happened to Candeo? Is it a strategy that there are so many tsukkomi points that I don't even feel like pointing them out anymore? If improvement is not possible, at least switch to a different brand. How about a fake video?

The inside of the building is surprisingly old-fashioned, and the cleaning is lax.Customer service was good.Parking: Free【room】The springs in the bed were noisy, so it was very noisy and the bed was soft and uncomfortable. You can't hear voices between rooms, but if you make a noise from your room to the hallway, you can hear it.The shampoo provided is of good quality and you can purchase it at the front desk if you like it.[Women's bath] You can take a bath from 3pm to 11amPassword-locked door, locker with key. There is no sauna, only an indoor bath, an outdoor bath, and a washing area (the men's bath is a self-lowering sauna). The bathroom is comfortable with sunlight streaming in through the large windows, but elderly people should be careful as there is little electricity at night and it is dark. The open-air bath has no roof and you can see the outside through the frosted glass.■Washroom•Equipments…lotion, emulsion, hair dryer.
