really messy. Many properties are damaged, lighting is bad, service is very slow, prices are too expensive for service like that. Basically, I don't really recommend it

I swear, this is the worst hotel I have ever visited, the service is lacking, the telephone is dead and the AC is dead in the middle of the night and what's worse is that we were knocked on the door at 3 in the morning, they said it was for breakfast, what kind of breakfast? Not thinking about the comfort of guests who stop by who are staying from a long trip who really need rest and I happen to have to drive in the morning tomorrow. Where is this brain, what kind of rules are these!!!!!!

I was really disappointed to stay at a beautiful flower, thought I wanted to take a break, checked in at 11pm from Tangerang until there, the bathroom had lots of small animals, the floor, the sink water was dead, the water used to flush in the toilet was also dead, the shower was dead, there was only one faucet that was on. On top of that, there were droplets leaking from the AC water into the bucket so I took a shower mixed with AC water droplets, when I was sleeping, the sound of water dripping was noisy, it was really uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep once I was able to sleep, there was someone knocking on the door, Knock Knock Klining Service... I thought it was morning for breakfast when I overslept when I looked at the clock and it was only 3 in the morning, it was really really annoying. I didn't sleep until morning, but in the end I was really disappointed.

Doesn't it seem appropriate to wake up hotel guests at 02.45 in the morning just to deliver breakfast with the excuse of "there are lots of guests"!? unprofessional!!! when we came from afar and just went to bed at 01.00 in the morning, we already knocked on the door of the room just to deliver breakfast?? Plus the condition of the room was not suitable, the AC was not maintained, the TV was just a display, the bathroom was also quite dirty and there is another room that we rented where the bathroom didn't come out and it was dirty?? From the first time I entered, the air was not good, the lights were a bit dim, the door to the room couldn't be locked from the inside, the sound of clubbing music until the morning, basically not recommended!!🤨

This is very bad, the first time you enter, you immediately see a very dirty and unkempt room plus the TV, the water is damaged even worse when you are given food at 2 o'clock. This MLM is crazy in my opinion. It's a bit of a horror place too.

The hotel is quite good and the service is friendly, only the owner is a bit surprising, shouting and scolding his employees in front of customers, the capcay dishes are delicious and also the gizzards are hard, the fried rice is not bad, the rooms are quite clean and quiet, the shower needs maintenance but overall is quite good

Just entering, I found the mattress was broken, the hot water didn't work, the AC wasn't cold either, the wall paint was no longer colored,I'm not badmouthing this hotelThis is just my impression while sleeping at this hotelMy message is, if the price is that high, the facilities offered should also be comparable to the price, and if there is damage, please repair it immediatelyNot just for show -_-
