It felt like it was a little dated, but the location, service, and cost performance were great. The indoor air conditioning only had "heating" and "automatic" modes, and there was no air conditioning. That's the only regret. I would like to use it again.

The location of this hotel is convenient, but the hotel entrance is not clearly marked. It is particularly inconvenient for guests traveling by car to find the entrance. The room is small and pitiful, not recommended for self-driving and independent travelers.

This is a repeat use. Great customer service at the front desk, and a good location next to Aeon.It is also very convenient that the breakfast venue is open until 10am.However, one of the staff members at the breakfast venue blocked the aisle where the drinks and bread were.Even if I tried to pass, I wouldn't avoid it at all and wouldn't worry about it.When I thanked him when I returned the dishes, he completely ignored me even though he was right in front of me.I felt very unwell and my mood was ruined from the morning onwards.If they behave like that towards everyone, they need guidance as it was the worst of all the times I've traveled all over the country, and if they change their behavior based on other people, I won't be using them again in the future.

We arrived after 11pm due to a delay in the departure of our flight, but both the phone call and the reception staff were very good.Although it feels old, it is well-cleaned, the bath and toilet are separate, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice feature.It's convenient because it's directly connected to the station, and the kids were happy because they could see the trains from their room.

The best part is that it is directly connected to the 2nd floor north ticket gate of Chitose Station. The room is certainly old and the ceiling in the bathroom is low, but there is no damage so overall it is not bad. The accommodation rates are also reasonable, so I have no complaints.

This hotel is directly connected to the station and offers the best care.Since I was taking a bus, I took the elevator from next to Gusto to the 2nd floor reception.Get the necessary amenities next to the counter.Go to your room. Type that opens and closes with a key.Nightwear on the bed. It's easy to understand.For now, take a bath. Bub is provided and you will be healed. There is a bathtub and washing area. It is equipped with DHC. Separate toilet ◎The welcome drink at the desk made me feel excited. I'll have some water from Daisetsu.Watch the train from the window. It looks really good.Next door is Aeon. Several hotels in the surrounding area had izakaya (izakaya) bars on the first floor, and we had dinner typical of Hokkaido.The best chair in the room. Comfortable to sit on. I watch TV. After closing the window, it was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly.Breakfast the next day. Breakfast is free, so you don't have to specify a time and go to the venue as you feel like. From 6:00 to 10:00.Breakfast while watching the train. The fish, meat, side dishes, salad, bread, rice, porridge, dessert, and drinks were all delicious!Check out at 11am.Although the room is old, it is spacious and clean considering it is near the station. It was a hotel that made my trip extremely satisfying.
