The service was attentive and I was able to fully enjoy the calm and luxurious atmosphere. The children's meals were also very delicious, and the dining area was in a private room close to the toilet, so adults could enjoy their meals at their leisure as well.Chocolates in the lounge after dinnerwere distributed and you could take them back to your room and enjoy them.The bedding, pillows, and aroma were set to my liking, so I was able to have a good rest.I would definitely use it again.

A few minutes from the station! When I sampled some at Kanaya Confectionery Honpo before checking in, they called a shuttle for me! BMW🥳Starts with a polite welcome from the staff, detailed explanation in the guest room, and rich hospitality! Meals are Japanese style meals in a private room. Dishes that make use of the best ingredients and are elaborately seasoned. It looked delicious and reminded me of autumn, and I had heard that the baths here are famous, so I was looking forward to it!There are 2 indoor baths, 3 outdoor baths, and a sauna! I usually follow the crows through the water, but this time I was able to take it easy and enjoy it.When it comes to traveling, a room with an open-air bath is perfect! This was a standard reservation, but this time we had a standard Japanese-style room because it was in a good location for active activities. I was able to relax and enjoy free drinks from the refrigerator while sitting on a chair on the balcony and watching the sunset!In the lounge, we also had non-alcoholic drinks, so we could relax while looking at the view.Close to the station, perfect location for active activities! I was able to fully enjoy Kinugawa for 2 days! thank you very much.

We use it as an anniversary every year.They are very responsive to the guests' feelings, such as the information they fill out in the questionnaire is reflected in the next year, and if you request a buckwheat pillow, it is always provided the following year.Your time at Kanaya Hotel will be a blissful time as you will feel comfortable.

Price → After making a reservation at Ikkyu for a standard Japanese-Western room (meals in the room), I called the hotel and had them change the plan to a plan that included an open-air bath in the room (meals in the room). Upgrading will add about 17,000 yen, making it about 135,000 yen per night. Since it's during Obon, I get the impression that the prices are a little higher than usual.Service → Everyone greeted me politely from the time I arrived, and I was left with a very good impression. Also, although I arrived an hour and a half before check-in, I was able to go to the lounge and check-in first, which was nice. In addition, when I told them that I had to rush to the station on my way home, they immediately prepared a car for me, which was very helpful.Meal → Herbal tea or green tea and chocolate provided at check-in. There was a Florentine in the room, and I had it with coffee, and it was so delicious that I bought it as a souvenir. I used it on vacation.There was a profound feeling from the entrance, and the atmosphere in the room was great, starting with the welcome drink.The private open-air bath was nice, but the system that allows you to check how crowded the public bath is on your smartphone from the comfort of your room is also helpful. I was able to check when it was available and use it.I felt that the dinner and breakfast dishes were carefully prepared, and I was able to enjoy them slowly and have a luxurious time.It was my first time sightseeing in Kinugawa, but the area in front of the station is fairly prosperous, there are many souvenir shops, and taxis are easy to catch.

Overall it was spacious and beautiful. Especially the bath.Even though I went in midsummer, it was cool along the Kinugawa River and the open-air bath felt nice. The men's and women's baths seem to change every day, so I recommend going to both. Since it is in nature, there are usually insects 😂It's also great that you can take your time and eat at 9:30 at the latest, and check out at 11:00. I take a bath many times. Bath towels are also available in the changing room, so you can go empty-handed.It would have been great to have a cold bath.It was also good that it was close to the station.I went there using a discount, so it might seem a little expensive if you go without any discounts.

Nikko Kanaya Hotel and Chuzenji Kanaya Hotel were acquired by the Tobu Hotel Group, but Kinugawa Kanaya Hotel remains independent.The Kanaya Hotel-affiliated condominium that was located on Nishiazabu 3-chome appears to have been swallowed up by the Nishiazabu 3-chome redevelopment.As an independent company, the morale of the employees is high and you can feel a sense of pride. For that reason, Kinugawa Kanaya Hotel is number one when it comes to hospitality. Even in Kinugawa, it is located just before the so-called ruins zone, so even ruin enthusiasts can enjoy it.The hot springs are also nice and I would like to go there again.

I used this time for the purpose of celebrating my wedding anniversary and wanting to learn about the highest quality customer service and hospitality.First of all, the staff's response from the time we were picked up to the time we saw us off was excellent.It was raining heavily on the way back, but I could feel their determination to keep the customers from getting even a drop wet.The meal was teppanyaki (teppanyaki), but the chef and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and talked to me, and even during breakfast I asked, ``Are you going anywhere after this?''
