9 DAY STAY EXPERIENCE.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!1. DIRTY WATER, THE WATER IS VERY DIRTY, REDDY YELLOW, MUDY AND SMELLY. BEWARE FOR THOSE WHO SHOWER IN THIS HOTEL, IT CAN DAMAGE YOUR HAIR AND MAKE YOUR SKIN ITCHY/FACE ACNE FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT USED TO IT. ALL THE ROOMS ARE FROM THE SAME WATER TANDON CENTER, SO ALL THE ROOMS MAKE SURE THE WATER IS DIRTY YELLOW, MUDDY AND SMELLY. (ALREADY CONFIRMED TO OTHER ROOM occupiers). THERE WAS NO SOLUTION TO COMPLAINTS TO THE STAFF.2. THE CLOSET OR WC IS UGLY AND IS NOT FIT, THE FLUSH DOESN'T WORK. UGLY AND UNMAINTAINED SHOWER. THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY AND UNMAINTAINED.3. WIFI IS ONLY FOR DISPLAY, CANNOT BE USED, CANNOT BE CONNECTED.4. EVERY MORNING AT 7 O'CLOCK THERE WILL BE VERY LOUD MUSIC, DISTURBING YOUR REST TIME... THIS MUSIC COMES FROM THE BOTTOM FLOOR (BUMI SADAYANA FOOD STALL).THIS MUSIC WILL CONTINUE ALL DAY UNTIL THE NIGHT. VERY ANNOYING!!!5. MINIMUM SECURITY SYSTEM, NO CCTV.6. NOTHING PROVIDED.. ONLY A ROOM AND A MATTRESS..NO SOAP/SHAMPOO/TOOTHBRUSH/TOWEL AND OTHERWISE.7. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST AND NO WARRANTS OR SHOPS/MINI MARKETS, SO IF YOU NEED SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO WALK A QUITE FAR.(YOU CAN BUY BREAKFAST AT THE FOOD STALL BELOW, AND THEY DON'T OPEN ONLY AT 9 ~ 10 AM)8. NO DRINKING WATER. IT IS SURE THAT YOU HAVE TO PREPARE YOUR OWN DRINKING WATER. REMEMBER!! THE MINI MARKET IS FAR AWAY...PLEASE SEARCH FOR ANOTHER HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO STAY FOR HOLIDAY OR RELAXING PURPOSES. I am very disappointed with this accommodation, the AC is not cold at all, the bathroom is dirty yellow, the toilet looks like it hasn't been brushedI stayed overnight, my body was itchy, it was all red, were the sheets and blankets never changed?I've never experienced something like this in any accommodation, please improve the cleanliness
