its a beautiful place but the old japanese receptionist guy talks too much. its a little overwhelming especially since we just wanted a quiet stay at the ryokan. we could hear him talking all the time to another staff. he's nice but just talks too much

I checked in on September 29th. The boss was very kind and attentive to everything. It was also very clean. Drinks in the mini bar were provided for free. The hot spring bath was a stress-free experience. I highly recommend Yufuin to stay for one night and feel the charm of Yufu Saryo!

My second daughter came to Yufuin to celebrate her birthday.The road for a short while to get here was narrow and I was worried, but it was only for a short time. lolThere are three rooms in total, so the entrance is very spacious and the inside of the room is spacious and clean.The 8 tatami mat room feels even more spacious than that, and the room beyond it has two spacious double beds. I was able to afford it.Then, at the top of the stairs leading up from the washroom, there is a noren curtain for the ``Yu'', and when you pass through it, there is a spacious changing room, and beyond the sliding door is the hot spring water.The hot spring water in each room runs 24 hours a day, and the temperature can be adjusted using the water faucet.When you soak in the hot water, you will feel the unique, slippery feel of a hot spring and the pleasant smell of sulfur.While soaking in the hot water, you can see Mt. Yufu stretching out from the window.I soaked it up not only at night but also in the morning before sunrise, and it was a truly magical sight.There are many places to eat and things to see right near the hotel.It was a great location, very quiet.I want to go again. Thank you for your help.

The room was large and clean. The bath seems to be fed by natural hot spring water, and the heat can be adjusted by adjusting the water. It was my favorite hot spring quality that made my skin slippery as soon as I entered it (^.^)It's close enough that you can walk to tourist spots, but it's quiet and comfortable.I was able to see fireflies in the nearby river, and I had a relaxing time that felt like I was visiting my grandma in the countryside.Thank you very much♡

Mr. Yamasaki, the hotel manager, warmly greeted us and ensured a seamless check-in experience.The tranquility of the area and the hotel itself truly helped to relax the mind.I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene getaway to rejuvenate both mind and body.
