The massage chair and private hot spring were satisfactory, butIt appears that it was not cleaned properly as there were cookie crumbs on the blanket and foreign substances in the shower bathtub.

It wasn't bad.The bath in the room and the open-air bath in the large public bath were also good. The food was also quite delicious. The room was also clean. Many of the staff members were young and appeared to be Korean, and they all worked really hard.,,,What is it? I'm not impressed by anything.Maybe you don't really feel the hospitality?Maybe that's what you feel after reading the reviews? That's what I thought, but it stayed that way.The staff are working hard, but they are just trying hard. It's not a "luxury inn", but rather a nice accommodation facility. However, the price was in the luxury category, so it was a bit questionable.By the way, I won't go into details, but there was something I wanted to confirm in advance on the day of the day, so I called and was answered by someone who seemed to be quite responsible, but the way he talked to me showed that he was not customer-oriented, but accommodation-oriented. So I backed off a little.Maybe the whole inn will be happy with the guests! I feel like there is a strong sense of business, not just a desire to provide hospitality, but a desire to improve the reputation of the hotel.Does that mean it's not suitable for Japanese people?■Added laterIt's clear from the reviews that it's not suitable for Japanese people.Hardware isn't bad.So it looks good in photos. In terms of software, the price does not meet the expectations of Japanese people. That's everything.Of course, if you come from a foreign country and stay at a Japanese-style hot spring inn that has staff from your own country and is your first experience, you'll naturally get a high rating.

Unbelievable minefieldIn a nutshell``A self-centered, shoddy business that disrespects its customers.''During my stay, a lot of “⁉️” came to my mind.50,000 yen per night is terrible, it's really a luxury accommodation❓Today's YufuinOverflowing with inbound tourists (from South Korea and Greater China)So, is this an inn for this type of customer? At a certain travel site (R)Consecutive silver and bronze award winners❗️Although we are promoting extensivelyThere are no meritorious points worthy of commendation. Is it some kind of mistake⁉️And with that(R) has no reviews displayed.↓With this incident, the reliability of (R) has sharply declined.●MealsThere are quite a few items, butTaste, ingredients, containers, presentation, temperature controlBoth are mediocre and unimpressive. It's ok if your belly swells❓ You can see through it somehow.Look at the fixed fuel consumption pot set from the beginning.I feel sad.The dining room is a large room divided intoI can hear the voices of the guests next door. Not much of a view outside, cramped and boring time●FacilitiesIt's hard to tell because of the base color, but it's clearly aged. Are your renovations stagnant? In particular, plumbing equipment is becoming obsolete. The part of the sliding door in the room where you put your hands on is very worn out.●Service・The only staff I encountered were two young Koreans. Are you targeting Korean customers?Of course, there is no attentive customer service to match that of a luxury hotel.・When checking inPlease check the dinner start time as it is different from what is displayed on the website.“This is what will happen after coronavirus”An answer that doesn't make sense.・After checking in, go straight to the open-air bathLeaves are quite noticeable in the hot water (><)When was the last time you cleaned it? Are you sure?・When I got out of the open-air bath, I found ramune in the aisle!I was happy for a moment, butRamune was warm and disappointing (><)Can't you just put ice on it and keep it cold? This area is not from the customer's perspective.

The cleanliness of the accommodation is also very bad.First of all, I went there prepared to see a lot of bugs because it was in the mountains, but there were cockroaches in the bathroom.I was staying at the hotel at night and there were a lot of small bugs. There were a lot of small bugs on my blanket, so I caught them and they turned out to be ants with wings. After catching 10-15 ants, I thought this wasn't right so I called the front desk. There is an old man in his 70s who doesn't even understand English. When I heard through the translator that there were a lot of ants, I took out a very old vacuum cleaner that looked very old.Stepping on my blanket and running a vacuum cleaner on itThere were clear traces of dust from the vacuum cleaner on the blanket.I asked for a replacement bedding because it was so dirty.Even after almost 30 minutes, ants were passing through the blanket as if there was an ant trail.I can't go anywhere after 11 o'clock, I can't exchange rooms, and I have no choice, so I just spray Fkilla and sleep.Of course, when I wake up in the morning, there are dead ants under the blanket.I thought I made a reservation through Agoda and included dinner and breakfast, but only breakfast was included.Due to the nature of Yufuin village, there is no place to have dinner, so why are reservations made under these conditions in the first place?Still, it was my mistake, so before I even asked if dinner could be added that day, I said, “No.” No. There are no delivery places around here, so they just said, “Take a taxi and go out to eat in the evening.”First of all, due to the nature of Yufuin as a village, there are no restaurants available for dinner. There are about 3-4 restaurants at most, and there are a lot of customers, so rather than telling them to wait, they tell them to go if there are seats available. You will understand when you come here. You come out of nowhere in the mountains and there are not many street lights in the city.I felt it was a bit unfriendly that they had no intention of checking to see if it was possible and said no before even asking.please please don't goWhy should I pay more than 360,000 won for sleeping on a blanket crawling with ants and only including breakfast, not dinner?I've been to Yufuin Ryokan twice, but the hot spring water isn't very special or slippery at all.The accommodation is old and dirty. There are so many bugsunfriendly andThey say they have Korean staff, but there's an old man with whom I can't communicate at all after work. There were centipedes in the living room, cockroaches in the bathroom, ants on the blanket, and even a frog on the window.

Third time. In the past, I had eaten a meal, but this time I stayed without meals. I liked it so much that I kept repeating it, but I guess it's because it's Yufuin. The correct answer is to stay overnight without meals. Last time, they helped carry my luggage, but not this time.Good for people who stay in their room and enjoy hot springs

I didn't know that I would edit the review to reduce the star rating...In the room, not even the insect screen is fixed, so if you touch it, it gets pulled out. When I tried to make a dinner reservation, I was told, ‘No. Just repeat ‘yes, no’. For some reason, they didn't even try to explain where I could make a reservation or why I couldn't make a reservation. Are you kidding? However, I went for breakfast and realized that I made a good decision not to make a reservation for dinner. No description of the food at all. Although there is no menu for kaiseki or private dinners, there are basic explanations such as what kind of food it is and how long it will take to cook it, but without that, they light it on fire.'It is prepared in 4-tiered bowls. Lighting food takes about 5 minutes.'end. Is this a ryokan?Okay, let's say there's no explanation. Then, it was grilled fish, a mountain of vegetables, and a piece of sashimi. Are you crazy? Really... You shouldn't compare it to other restaurants, but the breakfast was delicious: rice, miso soup, cold chicken, and tsukemono. The food at the ryokan in Gunma Prefecture, which was really disappointing in the hot springs, was good.I couldn't make a dinner reservation, so after checking in, I took a taxi again, went out, had dinner, bought snacks, came in, had breakfast, and saw grilled fish (sashimi) before leaving. I'm curious as to why you do this. And one thing that felt strange was that I didn't know why the door was locked in the middle of the night. why? Which lodging establishment is trying to open the door of a customer's room? Really why??When checking in, the counter gives you some instructions.- There is no shuttle service, so I will reserve a taxi for you.- You can take the amenities in your room.was included. This is something we don't normally talk about, but I understand.I think it's because of the customers who come and ask questions without looking into anything. Because ordinary people do not browse information on the website and then visit it. Let's find out how to come and go.How on earth do you have to ask about amenities before they just tell you about them at check-in?...What I felt from this one night stay was that Wazanho would never come again and that if anyone said they would go, they would tear them down. I would rather go somewhere else than pay this money to come here.
