Only took the "one Day onsen" - option and was really disappointed: this place might have been great 20years ago, but today it could easily serve as a location for a horror movie. It's dirty, there were hairs and dust all over the floor and even in the water. Algae and mushrooms grew all over the interior structures.

I used it to climb Mt. Nantai. I was able to park my car until I finished descending the mountain, and the bath after descending the mountain was free. I was also given a boxed lunch of rice balls in the morning, which was the best hospitality 😃 The bath was an open-air bath with algae There was a post saying that it was dirty because it had grown on it, but when I touched it with my finger, it turned into powder and it turned out to be hot springs.It really feels like a natural hot spring.

We stayed here 20 years ago and loved it but it has unfortunately fallen into disrepair. There was no air conditioning in our room in the depth of summer, the carpets are dirty and worn, the food was barely passable and the onsen was disgusting.

Used for a day trip after climbing Mt. Nantai. 800 yen per person.I think it's a good place for people who don't mind taking a quick hot spring bath because it's empty. The open-air bath outside is hot and the tiles are slippery. The indoor hot spring is just right.

I was worried because there were a lot of scary reviews, but it was a nice inn with clean rooms and a hot spring with sulfur in it. There was a supermarket within walking distance which was really great! The view from the room is also wonderful! !

Some people have written that the public bath is dirty with moss growing on it, but when I went there, there was nothing like that at all. The room was clean and the hot water was a good temperature. The open-air bath had a slight sulfur smell. The accommodation is also very nice.I think it's a privately run inn, so if you're looking for perfection and the latest facilities, there are Hoshi no Yakai and Ritz Carlton nearby, so I think you should stay there.

The place is a little run down but it only costs 800 ¥ (vs 1500 for most), accepts tattoos, is not very busy and the water is very hot. Practical for a short relaxing stop

I only went to the hot springs, but it was pretty terrible.First, the locker key was broken and wouldn't close.The open air is fully visible from the outside.In addition, the entire facility is small, old, and run down. The faucet is broken and there is only one hair dryer.I leave my tools behind and it's crazy that the water from the vending machine costs 200 yen.Now 800 yen is a rip-off.I recommend not going.

We just came to enjoy the hot springs. What a disappointment! When we arrived, a woman outside the bathhouse warned us not to enter as the place was dirty and smelled bad. We should have listened to her. Moldy floors, a throaty sulfur smell, and a bath with barely lukewarm water. We didn't even have the courage to take off our clothes and immediately left. Upon seeing our complaints, the owner simply said that we didn't know anything about hot springs and that we needed to learn about it before complaining. I don't think you need to look any further before finding this dirty place.

I checked it out on Google map and used only the Higaeri Onsen 日帰り温泉.The bathroom was a small space, but there was an open air bath and I was the only user!Despite the price of 800 yen, I had a luxurious time!Both front desk staffs were very kind and I felt Japanese hospitality OMOTENASHI🙏!I would like to stay overnight next time!Arigato gozaimashita.

As mentioned in other reviews, the hot springs seem to be selective.The hot springs outside are dirty, but that is probably a characteristic of hot springs with a high concentration of sulfur. It seems like they are doing it with a small number of people, so I feel like they are not doing a great job.Although it was not the season for autumn leaves yet, I am grateful that they accommodated my sudden request for an overnight stay without meals. If I had one request, it would be to be able to set the temperature of the air conditioner myself. Since it was a sudden overnight stay, I might not be in management mode normally...

I stopped by on a day trip after climbing Mt. Hangetsu. The open-air bath with free-flowing water had the best smell of sulfur and an emerald green color. With ingredients that seem to be that concentrated, maintenance would be difficult. I gave it -1 point because the indoor bath was too lukewarm. After I enjoyed it by myself, I noticed that many foreign customers came, so I wonder if the temperature of the hot water is suitable for foreigners.

I used it for a day bath after climbing Mt. Nantai.800 yen.Apparently there are other day trips in the area, but they cost over 1000 yen, so I think the cost performance is good.The outside bath is slightly lukewarm and just right.There's a hot spring flowing into it, so I guess the temperature near it is about 42 degrees. I think the other temperatures are around 40 to 38 degrees. It felt like a typical outdoor temperature.The water is emerald green and has a high quality of hot spring ingredients.The outdoor space is large enough to accommodate about 4 people.I didn't have any issues with cleaning not being done at all like in past reviews. I didn't see any insects or trash.Also, there is a board covering the open air, so I thought you could see it from the outside.I think things may have changed a lot since last year.Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.There is one hair dryer.The indoor bath was probably around 35 degrees, which was lukewarm and colder than the outdoor bath, so I mostly enjoyed the outdoor bath. This point was a little disappointing. There was a faucet on, so I might have been able to heat it up by turning it on. It was large enough to accommodate up to 7 to 8 people at the same time.The receptionist was a pleasant middle-aged man who seemed accustomed to serving mountain climbing customers.

I've been looking forward to the hot springs.It was also written in the reviews, but it's moldy.There was something written about moss, but that's about it.I made a reservation thinking that it would not be possible.I actually went to a hot springMoss all over the floor of the indoor bath! The sheet is floating about halfway in the bathtub to keep it from getting lukewarm.I wondered what was going on here, but when I got into the bathtubLukewarm! There is no running water, and when I opened the door to take an open-air bath, the bathtub opened.As per the reviews, emerald green! It was a similar color, but it was covered in moss! Too cruel!It was full of moss flowers, not yunohana!When I entered, I felt like my body was covered in moss.Hotels I've been to that I couldn't get intoOf all the inns and pensions, this is the one you should not enter.It's a hot spring ❗️ I don't know how to report it.I think you should report it to someone!

After climbing Mt. Nantai, I took a day trip to the hot springs. The authentic sulfur hot springs relieved my fatigue. As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom felt a little rusty, but the changing rooms and other parts of the building are very clean. Moreover, 800 yen is cheap for a day trip hot spring at a hotel in a tourist area. The front desk staff was very kind and I could tell that they value "hospitality". I would like to stay there next time.
