A holiday cabin in a great location. A very suitable B&B for the whole family to travel together. The house is fully equipped and clean. The owner who runs the B&B is very kind and down-to-earth, and can communicate in simple English. Great value for money holiday cabin.

I stayed for two nights at the end of April 2024.Overall, it has all the necessary equipment and is very clean. The location is right on the side of the road and is easy to find, with a large field behind it.We arrived at about 14:40, read the reception instructions on our own, and understood that the check-in time is after 15:00, but because the Chinese instructions said "not always available", our understanding is that even if 15 :00If there is no contact, there may be no reception.Then at 14:50, we started to contact the host through trip.com’s system customer service. We couldn’t make calls because there was a problem with our phone. A few minutes later, the customer service replied that we were in contact (thank you very much). Then suddenly around 15:01 There was a middle-aged man standing outside the car, staring at me expressionlessly (his expression seemed like I was invading private territory). I opened the door and smiled and asked him if he was the host? He continued to be expressionless, without any greeting, and completely unwelcoming. He directly asked me the name of the reservation, and then informed me of the accommodation arrangements.This gentleman's attitude was completely rude, took me by surprise, and ruined the whole fun. I'm not sure if it's because I asked customer service to help contact the host 9 minutes early, but even if I was 9 minutes early, I shouldn't be treated so unreasonably. It's incredible! !Apart from this gentleman's poor attitude, everything about the stay was great.

We're a family from Spore. Planned this trip 5 months in advance. My drive from Otaru to Furano took longer than expected as google maps led me through a long winding treacherous road through the mountains which i avoided on my drive back to Sapporo. To make matters worse, it was raining heavily and the sky was dark with low visibility. Reached this cottage at 7.40pm. Then the sign said check in is only till 7pm. I did not read this important fine detail and it was an anxious moment. Pressed the intercom, called the number and messaged the Cottage on the agoda platform, but all i got were cold replies that check in time was only till 7pm. Imagine receiving this after driving for 4hrs and booked this 5 months early. Mr Yamada appeared eventually in a van at close to 8pm but he did not look at all happy to see us so late, and chided us for not being there by 7pm and why we did not inform him. He then seemed to suggest we could only check in till 7pm but relented in checking us in later. I feel if this point is important and furano being located in such a remote place, this should be highlighted to potential customers. Whilst it is understandable that Mr Yamada is the sole worker maintaining the cottage, staying at this Cottage has very little flexibility with time. There is also no support if you need one. Coming by 7pm should also be reminded to hotel guests before they come if it is very impotant. It is not possible to message while driving through the long winding road. I had messaged the owner that i was coming and the reply was in Japanese. Coming by 7pm is mentioned in fine print but please i stayed at 5 different hotels and none of those hotels have this problem. Only Furano Denen Nupuri Cottage has this problem. The cottage has a nice location and a great view but reaching this place by 7pm has its challenges.

My family made a reservation to coincide with a major holiday. I had been waiting for that day for months after reading so many good reviews, and on the day I headed there with my family excitedly.Check-in at this facility is from 3pm, but we arrived a little early. There were three cottages lined up. Not only did he not see the receptionist, but he did not see anyone who looked like a guest, so he mistakenly thought that the room was completely unoccupied, and apparently entered a place he was not allowed to enter.He was scolded by the manager, who arrived a little later than expected. I did.However, I was the one who created the cause, and I didn't want the atmosphere to be ruined, so I accepted it.Afterwards, check-in will take place inside the cottage. The inside is very clean and stylish. I was given an explanation of the accommodation rules and facilities, but I was already running out of time to really enjoy myself. I won't go into detail, but it feels like I was suddenly treated like a criminal, and I'm a little bit concerned about the way I worded it.Once all guests had checked in that day, the manager disappeared again.After that, we had a solemn meal, took a bath, and took a quick rest.When I returned home, I couldn't help but feel disappointed, so I would like to write down this experience to help me sort out my feelings.I hope no one makes the same mistake.

It's a very cozy cabin, but it's not very clean. The water on the kitchen sink is difficult to turn around. The angle suddenly seems too big, too small, or too cold or too hot.The bathroom was very cold, and it was very cold after taking a shower🤣The heating in the living room is very warmThe kitchen waste bin is too small and the room is not cleaned every day so I have to pick up the trash myself.But the environment is very quiet, the lights are beautiful, and the scenery is beautiful. Although it rains, it is still a great experience.

The kitchen utensils in the kitchen are quite completeThere is a room on the first floor with two single bedsThere are two single beds + a few mattresses on the second floor of the attic. The whole building can sleep 6 people.Overall it's pretty clean. The whole building is made of wood and the sound insulation is not very good.
