Great accommodation for a group of 5 people.The accommodation is very clean!If you try it, you'll probably know why it's so clean.The owner of the house was very neat.In particular, it was recommended to be careful about separating waste and not to bring suitcases to the second floor, so everything was good except that it was a little inconvenient to go back and forth to the first floor.

A beautiful apartment that looks like a new building.There is a washing machine, a kitchen, and cooking utensils, so I chose Tsuru Apartment because all the hotels were full, but I'm glad I chose it.It takes about 10 to 15 minutes by rental bicycle from Furano Station, and there are several supermarkets along the way. It can be fun to buy ingredients and cook with local ingredients.The location was great, close to the cheese factory and the hot air balloon ride.Shampoo and body soap are available, butThere is no detergent, body towels, or extra tissues, so if you don't have enough, I thought it would be a good idea to buy them at a nearby Lawson.The microwave doesn't work. Thank you for your quick response to this problem.It was a room that I wanted to tell many people about!(Garbage separation is very detailed depending on the region, so those who are not used to it should be careful not to cause trouble.)

Stayed here for 7 nights.I had my bag stolen from the airport. Hero, the apartment owner, went well out of his way to get my bag back. (Thank you so much)Hero also saved us on the lift tickets.The apartments are great and close the lifts

We had a very good stay at Tsuru Apartment. The rooms are super clean. The beds are comfortable. The toilets are spotless. Everything is well maintained and in good condition. Even though it was very cold in Furano when we visited (-3 degrees, December), the house was warm and cosy. Highly recommended!My family stayed here for 3 nights. It was an entire apartment with a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms on the second floor.The manager Mr Hiro is very kind and friendly. We had issues with transportation around the area and he really helped us out.If we visit Furano again, we will surely stay here again.

I was driving in Furano, but suddenly decided to stay overnight. Is this the hotel you were looking for? I met. The owner gave us detailed explanations and recommended food in the area! When I entered, I felt safe and at home, and it was very clean! It also has air conditioning and is close to a ski resort in the winter, so I would definitely use it again!

1st you need a car to move around to stay there.I will rate 5 star because of the GOOD up keep of the building inside & outside.When you communicate with the owner more, you will realise that he is very friendly.I disagree with some negative feedback regarding closing the window, can not wear shoes inside, if you look carefully, is a ground floor, don’t tell me you sleep without closing the window during the night???Maybe some ppl think that is excessive, the environment is very good, clean & hygiene place to stay, very comfortable and is worth of money!I will strongly recommend to stay there!Oh BTW MacDonald is just 1km away if you really really need fast food!

30000yen per night🙁- Dishwasher and toilet flusher broken- There is a washing machine but no laundry detergentAlso lots of rules:- Never wear shoes inside the house- Close the window whenever go out- Garbage should be sorted well (4 kinds of classification) otherwise you will be fined- Wheels of luggage cannot be rolled on the ground- Sheets and towels are not changed every day- House and garbage cleaned every 2 days
