It's been more than 5 months and I haven't had my money back. Due to a mistake the hotel forgot to turn off the application.In the middle of the night at 12 I went there, I was really tired, hoping I could just rest, but it turned out I was zonked. It's difficult to get there without anyone on the phone. After being picked up, the hotel only apologized because they forgot to turn off the application, they said they wanted to compensate them, but until now they haven't. I was told to contact the application and it was resolved.Please don't be careless in turning off the application. I am very sorry and very disappointed.
