Horrible building. Rude company who manages it. Don't clean anything. Don't fix anything. Broken roof. Leaking ceiling. Dirty pool. Broken gym. Worse building ever.

The reception is closed when we arrived at night and we cannot check in. Call their hotline, the manager can't help, she told us all the 40++ rooms are all belonging to different owners. We need to know the room number first, then only could know who the owner is.We booked it from agoda and we don't have any information that she mentioned.Set up is like airbnb style but posted on agoda. And never give any information. Terrible experience!

Amazing apartments for a great price in Nimman!! The units are clean, quite, and have great internet!! In addition the lady at the front desk greets you with the most welcoming Sawadee ka and a smile every morning :) highly recommend staying here

Room 303, the toilet is broken, the toilet is clogged, the bathroom door cannot be closed. The air conditioner can't be turned off, very difficult. When checking in, the owner of the room told me to leave the key card with the housekeeper. When we arrived the housekeeper gave us a key card and said we were given room 303. After staying for a while, I called to say I was staying in the wrong room. Will let you move rooms I went back and forth saying that I didn't have to move. And we have stated that The toilet was broken and it was strange that the toilet couldn't lock. Let him take a look. The result was that he promised to send someone to look at it, and finally at 7 p.m. he called to say that no one had come. It's very difficult to go to the bathroom each time. Have to go downstairs to use the bathroom. In the morning, come check out. Notify the counter that the toilet is clogged. The counter still argued and didn't believe it was clogged again. This one is very confusing. Lastly, I would like to tell other people who come to stay at accommodations with this price in Nimman, there are many better quality places than this.
