By my standards, it was very poor. It seems to be somewhere between a ryokan and a resort. Everything was half-baked. butThere was no sincerity from the ryokan.There are no resort services.1. After 9 PM, there is no staff at the resort. They tell me to resolve everything before that.The reception is not very staffed even during working hours.2. Kaiseki was ordinary. First, you have to go directly to the restaurant. A level of cooking that does not require a separate chef. It appears that the manager also cooks.3. I made a reservation through Jalan. I acknowledge that there was a problem during the reservation process, but I am told to complain to Jalan about the problem. The service mindset seemed to be lacking.4. It doesn't seem to put much importance on individual customers, whether it's a partnership with Hana Tour and a lot of customers coming.5. Because it is run by a private businessman, the service is not as good as a large resort, and the sincerity of a traditional ryokan is not felt. There was a strong feeling that it was run like a business.Needless to say, the advantage1. 15 minutes by car from downtown Yufuin. It is located in a secret place so it is private. You boast that many celebrities and conglomerates come to visit.
