My husband and I stayed here.The cafe on the first floor was the front desk, and as a welcome drink you could choose one from the craft beer, non-alcoholic, or cafe menu.I chose the raspberry lemonade that caught my eye.The room is luxurious and not too spacious for two people.The large communal bath is fed by hot spring water, and has a sauna and cold bath. It was a little crowded on HP, but there was no one there and I was able to enjoy it privately.The women's bath and men's bath alternated depending on the time of day, but the room bath was stylish and I was able to relax in the bathtub even in my room.I went out for dinner, but it seems like most restaurants in Yufuin close at 5pm, so it might be a good idea to finish by the evening.Personally, I recommend the after-dinner sweets at the hotel's night cafe!The coffee jelly parfait was delicious.The lounge on the second floor was cozy and I brought my own parfait. When I told them that I would be having breakfast in the lounge, the staff brought it to me as well.I want to stay there again!

It was raining heavily today and JR was suspended all day, so we had to take a bus instead. But once I arrived at the hotel, the service staff were super considerate and the room was spacious and beautiful. I felt like I had come to the right place.

The environment is spacious and comfortable, the room is spacious and bright, and the space looks larger than the photos on the Internet. There is an attached sauna and hot spring that you can use for free, and you can enjoy discounts on coffee and meals during limited periods.The location is great, very close to the station, about 3 minutes' walk away. Next door is the famous Kamameshi restaurant, which is very convenient.The key point is that the person who received us was a Taiwanese girl who is legendary on the Internet. The service was very friendly and made us feel at ease and relaxed.It’s a great service to be able to store your luggage in advance before checking in👍

I only used the cafe.I ate it while waiting for the train in front of Yufuin Station.It was nice that it was close to the station, and the staff were friendly. You must order one drink per person, and the price is a bit high, but I remember it was drip coffee, so it tasted good.
