The food was terrible. The toilet in the room closed automatically and I had to call the front desk to leave the key.

The view is great, the bath is nice, and the location is within walking distance from the station.The food was a bit too large, but the taste was ok. I'm happy to eat in my room.The rooms are old but spacious and well-maintained. Some people rate it highly even though there is a slight increase.The only thing that bothers me is that my meal times are about 10 minutes late both in the evening and in the morning, and the clocks are all off. I wasn't really worried about the reception you're describing, but I only saw two employees, so maybe there's a lack of manpower?The price was quite expensive as the cheapest plan was over 20,000 yen.Overall I was satisfied.

good point・Good view of the Kinugawa River below・Nearby walking path・No chlorine odor from the source・Room meals, moderate portions and delicious, especially the wagyu beef shabu-shabu.Points to be improved・The open-air bath is separate from the large bath and there is no washing area.・There is only one hair dryer in the public bath changing room, and the scale is broken.・Additional order items are too expensive・Drinks in the refrigerator in the room are too expensive and personal items cannot be stored in the room.・I thanked the man laying the futon, but there was no response.A little less than ¥18,000 per person for one night and two meals is cost-effective...Hmmm😑

September 11, 2020Last month, I went to Kinugawa Onsen as a birthday present for my mother.I had also included this inn as a candidate,I was very disappointed in the response to the phone call, so I quickly moved to another inn.The first thing I said on the phone was, "Hello? (I'm a bit angry)." . (bitter smile)I thought I had called the wrong number.The subsequent response was, at best, indifferent, and at worst, cold and arrogant.What on earth are you like?I'm glad I didn't stay overnight. The hot springs and rooms looked nice.

I was thinking of visiting to celebrate my birthday.I had a question I wanted to ask, so when I called, the response was very poor. "yes~? yeah? picture? ” (feeling sluggish), I was asked over and over again. If the signal seems to be poor, please say, ``I'm sorry to hear that the signal is poor, but may I call you again?'' ' Is it normal to ask?And the phone call was terrible right up until the very end...I wonder what it was all about.After looking at the photos and reviews of the food, I knew this was the place for me, but I decided not to go.I think customer service is important starting from the phone call, and I think it all comes together. I'm glad I called.

The room was very clean. I was satisfied with the food. It was my first time at Kinugawa Onsen, but it was colorless and transparent, weakly alkaline, and had no taste.

The meal was very delicious and I was satisfied. With breakfast and dinner served in your room, you could relax and unwind without any worries. The beef hotpot was tender and voluminous, and there were a lot of small dishes, so I was full. Both the proprietress and the waitress were friendly and courteous, and everything in the hotel was clean. It also has a rustic feel that retains the Showa retro feel.

Saturday @ 14,000 yenNaturally, in this price range, there is a pick-up and drop-off service, so I expected that to be included, but there was none.It also seems that they don't even guide you to your room, so I have to give a harsh review in terms of service.The food is not worth the price. The original cost was around 2,000 yen, and it was not a kaiseki ryori to begin with, but a set restaurant's Japanese cuisine.I was surprised that the refrigerator is a pull-out type these days. However, Asaya Hotel seems to be similar, so it seems that it is still the mainstream in Kinugawa.I was very disappointed that there were no flowers and that the fusuma was worn out and frayed.The view from the room is wonderful. The rooms are made of soundproof glass to prevent the sound of mountain streams, so depending on your mobile phone company, no radio waves will enter the room at all, but it is also very inconvenient that there is no Wi-Fi.The only thing superior to the tourist inn I went to last year was Mr. Nakai's friendliness.In addition, although the bath was circulated, there was no added water, and there was little odor of chlorine, and I was satisfied with the hot spring quality, which was similar to Minakami Onsen and Gero Onsen. However, it's fine because there was no one in the open-air bath, but the capacity is about 4 people, so it might be difficult if other customers come at the same time.If the person who seems to be the landlady treats you unfriendly and the person who seems to be the owner has a cold attitude, customers will stop coming.

2021/06/06 nightI had an early schedule the next day, so I made an unreasonable request regarding breakfast time, but I was grateful that they accommodated me.The waitress was very nice and I had a comfortable stay.During this period, it is safe to eat both dinner and breakfast in your room.The food was also very delicious.The portion may not be enough for young people.The bath was nice, but it was a bit inconvenient that the open-air bath was on a separate floor and there was no washing area.

It was very good. I stayed there with my husband, and it was an inn I would like to visit again.The landlady and the waitress are both smiling and pleasant.I was very satisfied with both the quantity and quality of dinner and breakfast.Because of the coronavirus, I'm grateful for the food served in the room. I brought a cake as a surprise and secretly left it in the lobby. I had arranged to have it served after dinner.Perhaps the person in charge hadn't informed me of this, but the item was brought to me in a box and kept in storage. andIn the end, I was forced to sit at a small table by the window where I was going to lay out my futon, and the vendor ended up laying out the futon for me.The surprise was ruined.The response over the phone was very cold and seemed very curt.There were only some explanations about the meals.I'm very disappointed. .

There were two insects called assassin bugs in the guest room, and one of them stuck to my foot while I was sleeping, so when I picked it up while I was half asleep, my thumb felt severe pain and when I turned on the light, there was an assassin bug.

Just across the bridge, the lobby is spacious and has a nice view of the Kinugawa River. There is a promenade just below the river, and you can often see it near the river and film it on TV.

The front desk staff may have been mechanical, but there was a sense of cleanliness, such as cleaning the room which was most needed right now.Dinner and breakfast served in the room are the most sought-after service these days, and the rooms are spacious, so it's more than enough.Both the outdoor bath and the indoor bath are well-cleaned.The view is the best of the Kinugawa River, and the waterfall named after the place can be seen between the eyes. You can see Mt. Chicken Peak.

It was a rewarding night. The room, the food, the bathroom, and the view from the room were great. The room meal is the best. We had a relaxing time. Thank you very much to the kind and beautiful employees for taking such good care of me. There was an explosion right next to the river. When I opened the sash, I was surprised by the sound of the river. The room was quiet due to the soundproof glass sash. However, if you have a screen door, you can open the sash and enjoy the sound of the river without having to use a hundred people's efforts. Even though it was a Sunday, the price was very reasonable at less than 11,000 yen per person. It was a luxury.
