Goi Grand Hotel

It's a little far from the station, so if you don't have a car, it might be a little inconvenient.However, it has excellent cost performance,The toilet and bath are separate.Toothbrushes aren't too cheap.The shampoo conditioner is not too greasy.Bett is Simmons.There was a convenience store nearby so it was easy to use.I was on the 4th floor, but I was able to see some of the night view.

Thank you for your help from 9/5 to 9/6.While I was sightseeing, I received a phone call from the hotel and was told, ``There was a problem with the equipment in the room you booked, so I would like to request a change of room.'' I agreed, and was transferred to the largest Japanese-style room for the same price. It was upgraded♪We were carefully escorted from the front desk to our room, and after receiving an explanation, we actually entered the room and saw that it was too spacious for a parent and child! The child was so excited because there was so much space even with all his luggage (lol)There were two double-sized beds, and my wife and daughter slept in them. I was happy that it was a very comfortable sleep. I slept spread out on a futon in the middle of the tatami room, and it was very comfortable.Why are there two showers in the shower room? One person couldn't use two of them (lol) When you exit the shower room, there is an open-air bath in the corner of the deck. There is a pond in the courtyard with carp swimming around, giving you the feeling of being in a luxury inn. Because the room was located at the back of the main street, I could hardly hear the noise outside, so it was very quiet and I was able to relax and take a bath while listening to the sound of water flowing in the pond ♬However, I am beginning to have some complaints.①One of the three sliding doors that separates the tatami room from the bedroom is crooked, so it doesn't move very well and you can't open or close it. It couldn't move with the help of a woman.②The cleaning was very thorough and beautiful, but there was a huge spider sitting on the shoji screen (bitter smile).I went out to eat, so I called the hotel's landline and asked for the spiders to be removed from my room, but the male employee who answered the phone sounded like he was bothering me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Ta③Among the amenities, the 3-piece set of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap all had the same color and design, so I felt it was inconvenient to have to look at them each time I used them. Everyone in my family has poor eyesight and it becomes very difficult to see when we take off our glasses when bathing, so it would be helpful if you could color code them so we could tell the difference between the three glasses.I think it would be a better facility if the above areas were improved. Overall, it was a very high quality hotel, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Small rooms, beds are firm but comfortable. Not enough blanket layers
