It's really bad, I'm from Bogor, I'm on a trip, I want to enjoy it. I feel tired when I go to sleep in the middle of the night. I wake up with bumps and bumps. There are so many big bed bugs that I can't sleep. I stay up late. The bathroom is dirty.

The dirtiest accommodation. For anyone, if you want to stay overnight, even if you are really pressed, don't stay here. I'm tired of traveling, I can't even rest because it's so dirty. Lots of rubbish, really dirty floor, lots of cockroaches, disgusting bathroom

The room is shabby, the TV is just a display, the AC is a display, the water is cold, there are no towels (even asking to be given ugly towels like doormats), the mattress is scratchy. Can't drink at all

It's a shame it's not well maintained, even though the location is strategic. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, the cleanliness was minimal. The TV is just a display. Towels and mineral water are not provided..

Please, anjirr, last night I stayed here because it was really urgent after a long trip, I wanted to rest, sleep, have a good lie down. But that night I couldn't sleep, there were so many bed bugs😭😭 my body was itchy, my skin had red bumps. The room is really dirty, I swear. The floor was all dust as if it had never been cleaned. The blankets, sheets, pillows all smell like dogs, they don't have any fragrance🥲

It doesn't match the photo, the bed has lots of bed bugs, the toilet isn't clean, the toilet is broken, there are no facilities such as drinking water, etc.

Reviews:The location is cool, cool, not too noisyCondition:Room No. 7: Smell of cigarettes + Bed linen smells like it's not dry enoughMattress: Large, suitable for 3-4 peopleOther facilities:- Bathroom inside- The shower water is warm (not hot)- Sink (slightly clogged)- Cupboard (rickety, not suitable for use)- TV (not working)- WiFi (not working)- AC (don't know whether it works or not)- Large blanket (used as a base because the sheets smell)- Towel (used as a pillow cover)Criticism & Suggestions:Next time, please pay attention to the condition of the room, especially since the smell makes you uncomfortable + the temperature of the room is damp, adding to the impression of being haunted.Also improve the condition of the windows so you don't feel safe when storing items.Bonus :There's a really nice cat who accompanies you to sleep all night so you feel safer and more comfortable, the impression of being haunted is gone, thank you 🫶For other residents, please take care of this memory*Sorry, there are no photos of the condition of the room with photos of cats hehe

This is the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever encountered, the condition of the rooms is very inadequate, there are lots of bed bugs which cause itching all over my body, I can't sleep at all. It looks like the room has never been cleaned, there are no soapy towels, the TV won't turn on, the WiFi is slow, everything gives a very bad impression.
