The hotel's breakfast buffet has unlimited supply. The dishes are exquisite, including Japanese and Western styles. It caters for people with various tastes. Products produced in Chiba will be marked separately. It is very supportive of local products. The environment is good, the seats are very comfortable, and the waiters are also very friendly. Diligent, this is the best buffet breakfast I have ever had.

This was my first stay here after the renovation.The lobby and the hallway in front of the room are covered with walls and otherIt has an atmosphere that is not found in hotels.The room is on the third floor and the view is of the railroad tracks. Too bad it's not on the top floor.The room is spacious, but there are a lot of hallways and water areas.The bedroom felt small.At aperitif time, there were only three small bottles of beer available, and they ran out quickly after the second person arrived.There was no sign of anyone adding anything after that, and everyone was just drinking wine and other things.The snacks were delicious, but the number of people and the amount served didn't quite match the number of people, so they ran out quickly and it was difficult to get more.Due to bad timing, there was only dry food, which was disappointing.The Japanese Wagyu beef rice balls for breakfast were delicious.Everything else was normal. Because the serving plate is a small plate, there will be more round trips.I think I'll use something else next time.

Renovated to become "the only club lounge in the Makuhari area"So, I went on a weekday to try the lounge.Plenty of fun in the sparkling clean loungeI've been drinking for 4 hours.But there is also a disappointing point. ．． ．．Drinks are out of stock, and snacks are slow or missing.If you ask for it, it will be brought to you right away.Snacks are literally just small snacks.Items will be added when they run out of the containers lined up.There are some that can be completed without any additions.In this case, I cut the main cheese myself.It disappeared within 10 minutes and was added after 30 minutes.This also disappears in 5 minutes and there are no more additions after that.There was no additional popcorn.It's like this, so don't expect too much from the knobs.The breakfast buffet is satisfying with a wide variety of choices.I'm so happy to have a beautiful loungeThey should have renovated the adjacent toilet as well.It's a shame it's still old-fashioned

The room was clean and like new!I will definitely come again 😆✨The lounge only serves light meals. Personally, I don't mind paying for it, and it would be even nicer if there was food as well! ☺️The staff was also very helpful!

It was very satisfying.Good points・The bathtub is spacious and clean・Free gym・Lounge overall satisfaction level is high- Plenty of seating in the lounge and ease of telework (recharging, high-speed WiFi, environment that makes remote meetings relatively easy)・The quality and quantity of lounge breakfast is excellent.- Excellent customer service from the lounge staffUp until now, my only option for staying in Kaihin Makuhari was an APA hotel, but from now on I want to use different hotels.I feel that the quality of the lounge is comparable to the club lounges of luxury hotels in Tokyo, and in fact exceeds them.

I stayed on a weekday.There was a lounge where the menu changed depending on the time of day, the sweets and light meals were delicious, and the view from outside was wonderful.The room was recently renovated, so the room was very clean and new, and the TV was Chromecast compatible. The electronic kettle is made by Tiger in 2024. It was equipped with a USB-C charging port, which I don't often see in other hotels, which was very convenient. Speaking selfishly, I think it would be convenient to have another side table under the central charging port.

The staff was very kind. The rooms are also stylish. I think it would have been better if there had been guidance regarding the slow replenishment of food in the lounge and what to do with used cups. Other than that it was really good. This time it was on the 2nd floor 😅 It will be on a higher floor on the 24th 🤣

I have often stayed at hotels near the south exit of Kaihin Makuhari Station, but I had no idea there was such a wonderful hotel near the north exit.From our room, we could see the fireworks at Marine Stadium as if celebrating the premiere.The TV is about 55 inches and is a smart TV that can watch YouTube etc. The direction of the TV was changed so that it could be seen from the sofa by the window.The first hotel with a club lounge in the Kaihin Makuhari area. I thought the lounge would be the only new one and the guest rooms would be the same as before, but both the interior and the guest rooms are the same as a newly built hotel. The room, toilet, and bathroom with washing area are all new.I think I only had about half of it running on the first day. The guest room floor was quiet.It's cheaper than hotels in Tokyo, and premium guests can enjoy five drinks including breakfast, finger food, and alcohol.I think that check-in and food provision will be improved in the future.There is also a chapel, and a wonderful staircase and lobby that were used in the filming of the drama.Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not individual air conditioning. It didn't get very cold.However, I have made a reservation for next month.
