There is an air conditioner and heater in the only room on the first floor. It is not warm even when it is turned on to the highest temperature. In order to keep the room warm, I have to close the "paper door", so The corridors and toilets outside are probably at refrigerated temperature.👍🏼The landlord provides umbrellas.👎🏻The slippers provided are all dirty and old.❌The bathing place is on the first floor. There is no shower curtain or place to hang clothes in the bathroom, so you have to open the door and reach for the bath towel after taking a bath. After drying your body, you have to stand naked in the low temperature and put on clothes. In addition, there is no For privacy, you have to remind people upstairs not to go downstairs. It's quite insecure, and what's worse is that it's freezing.Because it was too cold, I asked the landlord if he could provide a heater so that we could put it outside the bathroom so that we would not be so cold when we put on clothes. However, the landlord could not immediately deliver it on the same day, so we only benefited from the heater for one night.There was no place to hang the bath towel outside the bathroom, so I had to put it on the quilt rack.❌About stairs:The angle of the stairs is about 60 degrees, and it is also very narrow. It is impossible to carry suitcases upstairs. I am afraid that the wallpaper will be scratched when I move it hard, and I am also afraid that people and their luggage will roll down together, so I have to put everyone's luggage in 1 In the room on the first floor, it is quite inconvenient for people living on the first floor to get things. ps: The space outside the corridor and bathroom cannot be spread out to store luggage.🅾️The setting of the living room on the second floor is okay, but I don’t understand why the dry plants continue to be placed indoors, which makes it look careless.❌Although the kitchen has a stove, it does not provide tableware or napkins. The two attached rags look dirty and there are no kitchen towels. The seasonings seem to be left by the previous tenants, but quick cooking is provided. Pot, and tea cup.There are less than half of the tissues on the second floor.⭕️The guest room on the third floor has two double beds, no problem.

Excellent location! Less than 5min walk from nearest train stations and there's gazillion of restaurants nearby. The FL House is a townhouse style, 4 floors with private rooftop, WiFi, smart TV, lots of beds, 2 toilets, 1 shower, laundry, HVAC, living room, tatami style dining room, kitchen bar with 2 stools, and beautifully modern designed Japanese home. The beds are super comfy and the toilet seats are heated. In Japan, the lot area is small so the stairs are designed to be steep. This could be challenging for larger body size or heavier suitcase. Make sure you turn on the hot water from the control pad. We had a couple of issues with the lock code and our neighbors but the host resolved it as quickly as they can. I will definitely rent this place again when I am in Osaka!
