I stayed there the other day.I chose it because it was in a good location near the beach. The room was clean, fully stocked with kitchen utensils, and the view of the ocean from the room was spectacular.There were a lot of winged ants on the terrace, so we had to interrupt the barbecue, but it wasn't a problem because we could relax in the spacious living room.

This trip was a very good one thanks to you.First of all, the owner's response was wonderful, and the interior and tableware were also nice. There are both ceramic and plastic versions, so I think people with small children can use them without hesitation. They also had Francfranc tableware, which was cute.There are two baths and two toilets, so even a large number of people could spend time comfortably.We had BBQ on the terrace on the second floor, and even with 8 people, it was spacious and delicious.There were also dog cages and toilet supplies on the first and second floors, which was very reassuring.I was impressed that they had smartphone chargers, cables, and extension cords available.My whole family has become a fan of Sea Shell Vacation.I will stay again. thank you

I stayed here in August 2022 with 3 family members and 1 pet (miniature dachshund). The exterior looks like a normal private house, but the interior has a very nice atmosphere with resort-like furniture and furnishings. The room was spacious, well-cleaned, and I had a very comfortable stay. It can be used by groups as there are three bedrooms and baths and toilets on the first and second floors. This time, we used it with a family of three, but it felt a little too spacious, but we tried sleeping in one bedroom for each person, and changing the bathroom depending on the day, etc. In terms of taste, we had a great time.The sea was right in front of us, and the scenery was great, with black ships cruising Shimoda Port passing right in front of us. However, since the area is surrounded by ordinary private houses, I felt that guests should also behave in moderation (not making noise until late at night, not letting their pets out on a leash, etc.).

Very nice place. The beds were very soft and were nice to sleep on. Most things that we would use were prepared. The place is very spacious, enough to make a family of 10 feel like they're not using enough space.Though, the flooring on the 2nd floor could use some noise reduction, we could hear almost every step on the 2nd floor from the bedroom below. We also could use some outdoor slippers, as the ones we came with were sandy or wet, and we would like to use new ones.

I stayed with my friends and 3 families🌟It was my first time using a rental vacation home, but it had a comfortable floor plan, with a living room and dining room where everyone could relax together, and a bedroom with a lock. The owner's taste has made the interior perfect for the seaside location, and we were able to enjoy an extraordinary experience!Unfortunately, there was a typhoon forecast, but the owner checked the weather frequently and we were able to enjoy BBQ in the covered space. We were able to enjoy some seafood from Shimoda, and it was a very satisfying dinner. Kitchen utensils and cutlery are well stocked.Even if your family grows in the future, I think this is a place where you can stay with your children with peace of mind.I would love to visit again in a different season 😊
