I stayed here on October 11, 2024 to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I had wanted to go there several times before, but due to the coronavirus and other unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't able to go, but this time, my wish came true and it was my first visit. At home, I was watching videos of the Epinal Detective Team and other people's videos on YouTube, and I said that I wanted to stay the night, so the moment my kids arrived and found out we were going to stay the night, they were so happy and excited. He was very happy! All of the employees were very nice people, and when I took a photo in the lobby, they took a picture of me with my family, and I got the impression that everyone was smiling a lot! I thought it was very convenient because the lobby had puzzle-solving games and trick art that kids would enjoy, pamphlets about surrounding facilities, and terminals where you could purchase advance tickets! This time, I made a reservation with Jalan, left the room to me, and checked in late, but the room was a very spacious corner deluxe room, and there was a water dispenser and vending machine right in the hallway. It was a great room for our family, where we have three children and the youngest is only 2 years old. It was my first trip since my youngest child was born, and it was a dream-like day with a pool, game center, bath with a beautiful view, and a buffet.All of the meals were delicious, but the person who made the omelet in front of me at breakfast explained how it was cooked, and the taste and customer service were great! The bread I bought at the hotel's bakery before going home was delicious, and even after I got home, I enjoyed eating it while talking about memories with my family. This time it seemed like they had Halloween decorations and menus, so next time I would like to go at a different time. In addition to the buffet, it seems like there are other restaurants as well, so I would like to stay there several times and try a variety of different foods! This time I checked in in the evening, so I felt like I didn't have enough time. Next time I stay here, I would like to check in early so that I can enjoy the whole day by walking around outside, trying out the Segway and putting golf! I will definitely go again!

The mountain range visible from the room, the colorful buffet, the bath surrounded by rocks with a view of the waterfall, the concert starting at 9pm was wonderful, and the pool was great as you could use it until 3pm even after check-out. Above all, I was impressed by the wonderful hospitality. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff members who immediately called out to me whenever I was in trouble and helped me wherever I went. Also, I stayed for 2 nights on a weekday, and the guests were all wonderful people, they would comfort my children when they were tired, and I was able to refresh myself in a warm place from beginning to end.To be honest, when I put the bed together, there was a lot of dust, so I would be happy if you could vacuum the areas that I couldn't see.This is a place I would definitely like to visit again.

I have used it several times in the past.This was my first trip with a 0-year-old as I was certified as a welcome baby.This is a kids room.First of all, the cover of what looked like a hotel guidebook, the first thing I saw when I entered the room, was caked with dirt.My child was standing up holding onto the table and could reach anything on the table, so I wiped everything down.Afterwards, since she was only 0 years old, I tried to use the bathtub in the guest room instead of going to the public bath, but the bathtub was rough and my hair was falling out.It was dirty so we cleaned it ourselves.I was able to tolerate it up to that point, but when I tried to use the stainless steel cold bottle, for some reason there was about 3 cm of water inside.I was worried, so I checked to see if it was okay to drink, and found that the water inside was probably the same as before. Something that belongs to someone.Furthermore, when I tried to use the kettle to make milk, there was also some water in there.Also, the brush used to wash baby bottles was covered in hair.It's dirty anyway!I had to call the front desk every time about the cold kettle, but each time I had to wait for about 10 minutes to replace it, I couldn't even take a bath, so I couldn't spend a relaxing night.I received an offer to move to another room, so I accepted and will ask you to wait a little longer. That's what I mean.It was already past 9 pm.I declined this request because it would be difficult to move with a baby and child and have to pack up all my belongings again.How about just leaving your luggage and sleeping? I received another proposal.Can I just go and get what I need every time I need it?Even if you carry the bare minimum with you, it's not that easy when you have a baby and children.By the way, when I asked if the room was clean, there was no immediate response.Check. That's what I mean.I'm also surprised that they didn't suggest moving after thoroughly checking the situation.My older child was allergic to house dust and was coughing and sobbing at night, which made me feel sorry for him.My whole family is sleep deprived.I think some cleaning is necessary.I was very disappointed as it was also my child's birthday trip.I wanted to feel comfortable.At breakfast, when the staff cleaned up the plates, they threw what was left inside at our feet.I think mistakes can't be helped, but I saw people dropping dishes here and there.There were other glaring inadequacies, such as the staff not being able to grasp things that we were aware of.

I used the hotel's plan that included bus transportation from Tokyo. Since it was a weekday, there were only about half of the passengers on the bus, but I was able to have a relaxing time as I was allowed to use the empty seat next to me. You can't go to the tourist spots near the hotel without a car, but there was also a plan for bus users to walk around until the time of the return bus. There is also a pool within the hotel which is used by children.Everyone at the hotel was kind and I had a comfortable stay.Dinner and breakfast were buffet style. There were many types of food and all were delicious. There was also an all-you-can-drink alcohol plan at night. Ebisu beer was also free to drink. There were many types of morning drinks, from 100% fruit juice to apple cider vinegar, green juice, and milk from two farms. It's a pity that I couldn't master the cooking both in the morning and at night.There were also dishes for children, so I think you can come with children without worrying.

I am writing this from the perspective of a mother with children aged 2 and a half and 1 year and 0 months old.I didn't like the buffet at night because there were so many people.It was a seat with a kids buffet,The drink bar, sushi, and rice were on the same floor.My 1-year-old child started complaining after eating, so II tried to go outside with my stroller, but the line was so long that I couldn't get out.The kids like to make their own udon and ramen, so they wait for their turn...I'll line up anyway.While I was doing that, my child also got hungry and started to complain, so even though I had come to relax, I was so busy that I didn't feel like eating at all.Nowadays, all inns have amenities for children, so I didn't think there was any need to worry about them.I went there with high expectations because it had such good reviews on social media, so I was even more disappointed.When I checked in, I was told when to have my futon laid out, but in the inns I've been to so far, it was laid out when I returned to my room after my meal.However, around 19:00 after the meal? (It's ambiguous)I came to lay it on.After 7pm, it's time for babies and toddlers to start getting ready for bed. In the end, we installed it ourselves.There were many young staff members, and I think they all did their best. This is a hotel I would like if the buffet wasn't so crowded.Friendly staff, clean facilities, delicious cafe, and good location.One thing that bothers me is the crowding at the buffet, which is unavoidable because I want to eat breakfast at the facility due to the location.For dinner, when I went to get the food, the beer I had ordered had run out of carbonation.I thought there was something I could do. It can be difficult to bring small children.

My child is now 6 months old, so I used it for lunch and a bath!I had a meal at Nasuno, and the service was very good, especially for children, and I had a wonderful time.When the child was about to cry, the staff brought him a toy and comforted him. The children were very happy to receive not just one toy, but many as well.♡How many months have you been asking the staff? It will be 6 months tomorrow! When I told her that... at the end of the meal, she printed out a photo she had taken at the restaurant and gave it to me as a half birthday celebration! !I was really happy. It's expensive, but it's spacious, clean, the hospitality is ok, the buffet is the best, the pool is the best, the hot springs are the best, and if you have the money, you'll want to live there. However, it is an old hotel, so when you look at the arcade, it feels like the early Heisei era. The elevators are always crowded.

This was my first stay as a family of 4 with children.The room was clean and the food was delicious and I was very satisfied!The kids seemed really happy to see sheep and alpacas in the pool.They also seemed happy with the big bath.The large communal bath was fully stocked with free-to-use face towels, makeup remover, etc., which was very helpful!This time we stayed another night at another hotel that welcomes children, but our family would like to stay at Epinard again next time.I made some wonderful memories.Thank you very much 😊

This was my first time staying here with 2 adults and my 2 year old dog.The room where dogs can stay is far from the main building, so it was very comfortable.Food and hot springs are located in the main building, but it's about a 4 minute walk so I didn't feel inconvenienced. If you ask the front desk, the staff at the main building will also pick you up.The hot springs were very pleasant, and all the food was delicious. There was a heated pool near the hot springs, and there was plenty of food, a kids corner, and baby food, so I felt it was a child-friendly hotel.There is also a dog run, and the path leading to the dog run is well-maintained, making it a great place to take your dog for a walk. Unfortunately, it was raining when we went, so we could only walk around for about an hour, but it was very pleasant.It has become a repeat hotel for my family, so I would like to stay there again next year. I stayed here on the last day of a three-day weekend in September. The next day, even though it was a weekday, there were quite a few people staying there, so I thought it was very popular.As it is a Welcome Baby Inn, there are many services for families with babies and toddlers, and I don't think there is any other hotel that does everything they can to accommodate those traveling with babies and toddlers.I brought my 1-year-old child with me, and it was nice to be able to enjoy the facility without having to travel because there are plenty of facilities such as a pool, a mini farm, and a forest walk.The only thing I have to complain about is that I didn't think the large public bath felt like a hot spring.

The bedding, especially the sheets and covers, keep rustling, the duvet cover doesn't stay on properly, it clings to my legs and body, and for some reason it makes eerie noises, so it seems like an occult phenomenon, and it's a problem for the entire family. I couldn't sleep. It was so huge that the bathroom and dining room were far away, which was especially bad for my 94-year-old mother. I will never go there again.

Excellent to say the least⭐️⭐️⭐️I stayed here with my dog and 4 family members.The food, the room, the equipment, the service, the staff, everything is amazing 😊When I made the reservation, I thought the price was a little high, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and I was able to stay stress-free even with my pet, so I was very satisfied!
