Location is excellent:- 12 minutes walk to Tokyo Station if the train is needed- 5 min walk to Kyobashi station on the Ginza Line (the Tokyo metro line which we used 95% of our trip)- 2 min walk to the Takaracho station (Toei metro line, we never used it)Service was really good and you have the option for breakfast at the downstairs Indian restaurant. It has a balanced mix of foods as well as 3 daily curry options which I really recommend. The bad part is the rooms which are pretty small. The 2 person room was pretty bad as it would heat up really fast due to 2 people sitting in, opening the windows would make the room incredibly noisy and the AC was directly hitting the bed.

We love the APA hotels for arriving in Japan. We usually stay 2 nights at the beginning before the trip continues and the APA hotels are great for that. Yes, the rooms are small, but it's enough to sleep. We're on the go all day anyway. The rooms have always been clean and we always do without cleaning staff for two nights. We were on the 15th floor and had a great view. I love being able to sleep with the window open at night. It's great that you could open it up a bit. :)Our room faced the busy street, which got very loud in the morning, but the hotel can't do anything about that.

Hotel is near Tokyo train and bus Station. Also near to the amazing Ginza area. The area is full of all kind of services. Room was small but good. Room 1503 on the last floor has an amazing view on the city.Comparing to other hotels in Japan staff was a bit "absent", the breakfast area is definitely too small with few choices, so if you find a day with crowd you will have to wait. Anyway the nan indian bread was delicious. Like other apa hotel if you want room cleaning you have to leave the room before 9 AM or they just leave towels on the door.

I would never stay there again and it was so bad that I checked out a day early. I had a meal at a buffet, cigarette smoke leaked into the room even though it was a non-smoking day, the cleaning staff tried to unlock the room without knocking even though it wasn't the cleaning day, and the courier I sent to the front desk said it would arrive the next day. It has not been carried over and will not arrive the next day. The futon and the room smelled of mold and there was still dust, and the cleaning staff were talking loudly in the hallway all the time, making it so noisy that I could only look at them in discomfort.・Food poisoning at the buffetI stayed for several nights with breakfast included, but I got food poisoning at the buffet on the first day. (I haven't eaten anything else, so I can't think of anything other than a buffet.) I couldn't even go to the microwave on the first floor to heat up the food in the fridge, so I ordered Woobai Eats. However, the front desk told me to come to the front desk because the delivery person could not enter the room. When I told them I wasn't feeling well, the person at the front desk reluctantly brought it to my room. The same thing happened the next day, even though I had a breakfast ticket, I couldn't go to the first floor to eat, so when I tried Woobai Eats, I was again annoyed and told that there was no delivery service to my room. Who do you think is to blame for this? The rest of my breakfast ticket and the food in the fridge went to waste, and I had to order some additional Uber Eats...but worst of all, the food poisoning was too painful, which was a disaster.- Cigarettes flowing back from the ventilation fanEven though I chose this hotel because the entire hotel is non-smoking, cigarette smoke was constantly coming from the ventilation fan next to the bed. My asthma attacks didn't stop and it was really painful. I rented an air purifier, but it didn't completely cure my condition, and I couldn't stay in the room, so I had to cancel and leave the hotel even though I still had days left.・Even though it wasn't the scheduled cleaning day, the door was suddenly opened from outside while I was sleeping after 9am. I tried to reply quickly several times, but there was no response, so when I asked the front desk, I was simply told that the cleaning staff had made a mistake. There was no knock, and I turned back when I knew there was someone inside, and the cleaning staff didn't apologize or say anything, so I was scared. If you were feeling well and went to the buffet, the cleaning staff would be there when you returned to your room. If I had known that the cleaners were coming, I would have hidden my underwear and other clothes, but I felt nothing but disbelief. Even though I was sick due to food poisoning and asthma, I was too scared to sleep afterwards.・The courier I sent to the front desk saying it would arrive the next day did not arrive the next day because it was not carried over. I was in trouble because my luggage contained medicines that I would need for the next day and things I would use for work. Moreover, I was informed of this not by phone, but by a message on a travel app. If I didn't turn on notifications, I wouldn't notice, and why didn't he call me about something important like that?・The cleaning staff was talking loudly in the hallway from morning till noon and it was noisy. I got food poisoning from the buffet, and the cigarettes that leaked back into my room made me feel so bad that I was in bed, unable to rest due to the noise from the staff. It was really painful and the worst.-There was dust left in the room, the sheets and the whole room smelled musty, and it didn't feel very clean.Overall, it was so bad that I canceled my stay and went home. I still had work to do, but my health deteriorated due to the APA hotel, so I had to turn down the job and return to my hometown. I went to a hotel to rest, but instead of resting, my condition worsened, and I still feel sick to my stomach and can't stop throwing up, and my asthma still persists. I would like my accommodation expenses and Uber Eats fees to be refunded.

The hotel space is too small, it is a business class hotel for 1 person, 2 do not fit comfortably
