It feels clean. There are convenience stores nearby, which is convenient. It's a bit of a walk from Tokyo Station.

A business hotel in Nihonbashi. It feels a little luxurious, but the room is not that large. Overall, I think this is a clean hotel if you have something to do near Nihonbashi.

I stayed there for an extended period of time last year as well. However, such services were not maintainedI went around 6pm and it took 40 minutes to check in.He gave me my passport, the person who made the reservation, my name, and gave me my reservation number.Anyone searchedI'm planning to give it to someone who made a reservation for 2 days and 1 night.I made a reservation 3 months in advance and reserved a long date, but I couldn't find it.Put a magnet in front of the door before you leave (I put it up around 9 o'clock in case I forget it when I leave). But while I was gathering water, packing bags, and getting ready,Every morning, without missing a day, I come early before cleaning time and knock on the door.I was very stressed because I had a long reservation. When I came before to clean from 10 o'clock.I asked and found out, but I didn't even have time, so that's what happens.I left around 9:50I went back into the accommodation around 3:30 PM (I went in because the magnet I put on the outside asking for cleaning was removed).Did you leave without cleaning the bathroom? There was toilet paper in the sink.I flushed the toilet to get rid of it, but it went away. There is no toilet paper hanging in the bathroom.I was so tired that I came in to rest. We'll talk about it during dinner, so let's lie down for now.But suddenly the knocking on the door startedSo I checked to see if I had left any tools in the bathroom, but there were none.I just left it aloneI thought you would think there was someone there. But I hit the door againSo I asked him to stopKnock repeatedly until the door opens.Stop it (bump blob!!!!)<

I had a hard time finding the hotel, but the inside of the hotel was very clean and nice. However, when I checked in, it took me a while to enter my personal information, but other than that. It was great✨When I went out, there was a shop called My Basket nearby, so I didn't have any trouble finding food. Also, it would have been great if the breakfast the next day was a buffet 😆

The accommodation is big and good for the price.I have used several cost-effective accommodations, but this is the most spacious. The free amenities and coffee are good, and the service is good. There is a drugstore near Ebisu Station, 5 minutes away.

Very nice location, quiet, with many convenience stores and restaurants around.Multiple train stations are less than 10min walk.Rooms although on the smaller side are comfortable with all amenities you need.Hotel was clean and had a modern look with free coffee and tea in the lobby - thank you!Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I had to use Google translate , however it was not an issues communicating with them.Utilized luggage shipping service and the staff was very helpful.Would definitely stay here again!

I've been using it about once every few months for about a year and a half, and I used to give it a 5 star rating, but I was surprised to see that the level had dropped horribly in just 3 months since I last used it, so I'm rewriting it. .I haven't heard a single word from the staff this time. I think automatic check-in machines have been introduced in the past year or so, but the staff no longer responds to them, which is fine, but recently greetings such as welcome, hello, and thank you have been discontinued. It seems so. Apparently, the two female staff at the front desk don't even look up and keep their heads down. Also, when checking out, I used the return box on the 1st floor, but when another customer got off on the 2nd floor, I was horrified by the female staff member who looked at that customer as if she were some kind of cheater. . Of course, there is no good morning greeting that has been abolished here as well. When I called the female staff member to inquire before my stay, she also responded to my inquiry and when I said thank you, she said yes, so in retrospect, there were signs that the quality of the service was declining.Since it's a business hotel, I don't think there is any need for excessive customer service, but I wonder if it's such excessive customer service that greetings should be abolished. The presence of a human would only give a bad impression, so like a certain hotel, they have robots at the front desk. It might make a better impression if you have one. The greeting will be played by voice.
