The price is very affordable, which makes this place an attractive option for those seeking cost-effective accommodation.### AffordabilityOne of the standout features of Menginao is its affordability. It offers good value for money, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. The rates are competitive, especially considering the location and the quality of the lodging.### Areas for ImprovementHowever, there are a couple of areas that need attention to enhance the overall guest experience. Quite clean rooms at that price which is difficult for hotels. This hotel is quite comfortable for a temporary stay for a long time when in a pinch

Overall the facilities are OK, clean, nice to stay in, even though the bathroom is outside the room, so share with others, no problem. But because my room is close to the bathroom, the sound of people showering and using the sink can be heard in the room. Then there was the sound of songs/TV from one other room which could be heard in my room. The sound from one room to another (it didn't stop from night until morning) plus the sound of people using the bathroom... made it impossible to sleep. I've paid 250 thousand, how come I can't sleep properly?!... I'm really annoyed.Suggestion for management: at night there must be someone to check the place. If there is a room where the music/TV sound is loud, please let the person reprimand you, so as not to disturb the other guests.After 10 pm it seems like there's no one on guard, right?Overall it's OK, still recommended. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that is a bit far from the bathroom.

The atmosphere is quite comfortable because the yard has lots of plants so it feels shady and fresh. Shared bathroom outside the room, suggestions for one of the male receptionists for hospitality to try to be more helpful.
