Room cleaning won’t be done unless putting the tag on the door but the hotel seems to choose not to explain it when checking in. Apparently more tourists flowing into Japan is spoling its minimum service standards.

The accommodation is not far from Tokyo Station. Can walk a short distance, near the subway. There are 2 stations nearby:Takaracho Station and Kyobashi Station are very convenient.The hotel and staff here are very lovely and friendly.Can communicate in English well.** We forgot something. Contact the hotel via email.The hotel found it and kept it for me.Very impressed ❤️ Next time there is a chance, I will come back to stay again.

Even though this is a 3-star hotel, the service and the staff are so accommodating and respectful! Travelling from Canada and only knowing the bare minimum in Japanese, we got around to being able to extend our stay and ask for toiletries with no issues! I would highly recommend this hotel as it’s in a prime location! It’s a 5 minute walk from Tokyo Station and the Kyobashi Station (for access to the Ginza Line).The image is of the breakfast that we decided to have our first night.I will definitely recommend this spot for people coming and staying in Tokyo!

Guests can expect a satisfactory stay, especially if their main priority is a convenient and budget-friendly accommodation option.

This apartment hotel is located next to Takaramachi Station. It is located in the commercial area near Nihonbashi in Tokyo. The location is pretty good, with supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby.The hotel counter is on the second floor of the apartment, and the first floor is a Japanese sushi restaurant. There is a reception hall on the second floor, as well as sofas and chairs for resting. All supplies for your stay are available on the second floor, including toothbrushes, coffee, tea bags, lotions, razors and other related supplies. There are also washing machines and beverages on the second floor. Machine, ice machine, etc.You need to swipe your room card to check in upstairs. The room is relatively large for the Tokyo area. Your luggage can be opened and it does not affect walking. The bathroom is of medium size and you will not hit the wall when you turn around. I believe this is the reason why many people stay in Japanese business hotels. Common situation. In addition, the refrigerator here is not very cold, so you need to pay special attention if you want to refrigerate food.You need to buy extra for breakfast here, but it’s also very convenient to buy it at the supermarket downstairs. Because it is located in a commercial and residential area, there is no need to expect any views when the windows are opened. It is recommended to tighten the curtains to protect privacy.

The location is close to Tokyo Station, so it is convenient to move around, and the fatigue of the trip was relieved by the comfortable bedroom and clean bathroom.In particular, when additional accommodation was urgently needed due to a flight cancellation due to a typhoon, the crisis was resolved through the desk staff's friendly and appropriate response.I would like to thank the hotel staff again for being able to finish my Tokyo schedule smoothly due to the unavoidable extra day.Thanks to this memory, I will visit again.I would like to express my gratitude.

Room was fine, I knew it was going to be small, but it would’ve been nice to be able to open the bathroom door all the way without hitting my luggage. Location was farther from Tokyo station than advertised. It is close to a metro station though.Front desk service though is inconsistent. One man in particular, who works weekday mornings and has black round rimmed glasses, he clearly doesn’t want to be there. I had to make a location change for my luggage drop off and asked if he could call the company (that HE recommended the day before) for me since my phone only had data. He told me “it’s your reservation, there’s nothing we can do.” Only after further pushing did he state that “you can use the phone in the hallway to call.” He failed to explain it was a pay phone, how much it cost, and the operation/dialing method. Pretty appalling service, pretty sour ending to a mostly decent stay. It’s affordable, but don’t expect any help for anything beyond the conventional asks.

Great hotel. Tiny but well designed and appointed rooms. Having a huge range of toiletries and tea/ coffees to use was great. The added bonus was the hair styling irons. Tokyo in june, does strange things to my hair.

Omg this is a hidden gem, staff so friendly and helpful, amen dies better than Australia 5 star hotel, makes Sheraton Mirage and crown casino look like 2 star hotels as everything is up to date! Recommend stay! ( 01 06 2024 to 09 06 2024 was our stay)

The location is so good. Both Tokyo Station and Ginza are easy to get to and the rooms are clean, but the size and layout of the double room was the worst of any business hotel I've ever been to, and the twin room was much better than expected. Breakfast is not included. I don't think you need to. I recommend just having brunch nearby, and you can also buy it at a lunch box restaurant in the alley next door.

Hotels near Tokyo Station are closer to subway stations. The rooms are small and only suitable for one person. But most of Tokyo is like this, and the price is reasonable. Another shortcoming of the room is that the air conditioner is too noisy. The machine is so loud that I have to turn it off when sleeping at night. The hotel is about 1 kilometer away from the Imperial Palace. I got up early in the morning and went for a run around the Imperial Palace just in time to have breakfast.The breakfast in the hotel is not a buffet, but a set meal. There are three types of ABC. The food is sufficient. If you stay in consecutive rooms, you can choose to have different breakfasts.
