The appearance and customer service were good, but the service and consideration were lacking.First of all, it was a nice hot spring with a private bath, but there was no toilet, and what's more, it was a large public bath? There are no restrooms or open-air baths, but there are only one for men and one for women. This hot spring was so small that I thought it was actually a large public bath. There was only one hair dryer in the public bath, which was very inconvenient. And one more thing, when I had dinner, I ordered extra orange juice.I didn't think that would happen, but there was a glass shard in the orange juice cup. I noticed it before I swallowed it, but if I had swallowed it by mistake, I think my life would have been at stake. When I told the employee, he said, ``Please wait while we check, you will be given a new orange juice, and the president will apologize later.'' However, the president did not appear and it was time to check out. Ta. Since this incident was life-threatening, I wish they would be more careful in providing meals.I was told that I would pay for the drinks, but that didn't stop my anger. It's scary just thinking about what I would have done if my life had been at stake.Honestly, I would like a full refund. It cost about 17,000 yen, but I felt like I was missing out considering how much service I received. This is not an inn I would want to visit again.

My entire stay was so memorable from beginning to end! The food was a highlight - some of the best that I’ve had in Japan. Each meal we had an incredible spread of traditional japanese dishes that were delicious. Food is definitely top quality here! The rooms were very spacious. The location was very central right in the centre of town. Highly recommend!

We wanted the experience of a traditional Japanese ryokan. We visited the Tsubakino Ryokan for three days in July and certainly enjoyed it. …

I stayed at GWI am left with the impression that the food, room, hot springs, and hospitality were the best😮‍💨✨First, let’s talk about the food. For dinner, I had made a reservation for a meat-based dish 🥩I was able to thoroughly enjoy Tamba beef 💮It was very deliciousBreakfast was like a jewel box 💎I've been excited since this morningThe quantity was also just right. The room was a fusion of Japanese and Western styles. It was very clean and very clean🧹The futon was large and fluffy, so I slept soundly. We were able to take a relaxing soak in the private hot spring bath (free of charge, reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis) for 40 minutes.I fought against stink bugs just in time, but I have fond memories of them now.If you want to reserve a time of your choice, check-in starts at 3:00 pm, so it might be a good idea to go just in time.By the way, you can get an outdoor bath tour ticket and towel set before check-in 🙆🏻Women can choose colored yukataYou'll also have a lot more options if you go early. There were so many varieties that it seemed like they would never run out.The staff noticed that I was wearing it incorrectly and corrected it🫶🏻It was conveniently located in the hot spring town and easy to access.I had the best memories❕

The room is very clean and comfortable. If you don't dare to bathe in the public pool, you can reserve a private bath time, or rent a patterned yukata (there are many dark options!). The dinner is very delicious, even those who don't like seafood or the elderly can enjoy it. The service staff is friendly and attentive. I would like to bring other seniors to stay here again.

Wonderful service from staff and special thanks to Van Anh who served us at dinner and breakfast. She went beyond her job to help us having such a pleasant experience. If you want your meals to have a crab dish, make sure you let them know in advance. We didn’t know since we booked through a third party and we went with the basic meal which was okay.We also go to the 7th onsen which was magnificent, the private bath in the ryokan was amazing too. We found the onsen water in kinosaki a bit too hot for us…
