I stayed overnight without meals.First of all, welcome drink. They have Spanish red wine, Chilean red wine, and white, as well as juices. In addition to drinks, there are mascarpone cheese, Ritz, nuts, rusks, etc. Although the weather was unfortunate, I was able to relax while looking outside.The room was very clean and had a nice smell of tatami.Anyway, the hot springs are very good. It feels like the water is murky with thicker sulfur than Kusatsu Onsen. The hot water was very nice.I was wondering what it would be like when it was crowded, as the changing room and open-air bath were small, and there were only a few showers.I appreciate being able to check out and pay by credit card from my room using my smartphone.Nasu was able to go on vacation. It was quiet and relaxing. I would like to use it again.

This is my third time using it. The facility had been renovated and was clean. The food was well thought out and delicious. In particular, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety, and the French toast that the chef made on the spot was very delicious.The front desk staff actively supported us with aspects that elderly people were not good at, such as mobile check-in.The restaurant staff was also efficient and brought the food in a timely manner.I was also impressed by how creative the methods of conversation with customers were, depending on the target age group.Of course, the hot springs in the open-air bath are filled with the scent of sulfur, which makes your skin silky smooth, and the fact that you don't feel cold even after getting out of the hot springs is something I appreciate.

We stayed on a weekday and it cost about 14,000 yen for two people! The room is spacious and great!Good thing ⚫︎In the women's bath, all the shower heads were Refa, the hair dryers were Panasonic's Nanoe, Repronizer 4D, and cheap hair dryers! It's really nice that the equipment is well stocked 🙆 (The shower head and hair dryer in the men's bath seem to be regular ones)I made a reservation without researching the location carefully, so my impression is that it's really on top of a mountain.

You can customize the welcome drink and snacks to your own taste, allowing you to relax and enjoy your meal at your own pace.The room is clean and comfortable.Unfortunately, the air conditioner is old and you can't change the temperature settings. I felt especially hot after taking a bath and at bedtime.The hot springs were very relaxing.For dinner, I enjoyed the wonderful presentation and taste. All the staff members were cheerful and warmly accommodating us.If I have a chance, I would definitely like to visit again.

I decided to go and stay the night by myself.Overall it's a very nice accommodation.Good points: Lobby is easy to relax in. Welcome drinks include wine and biscuits. The wine was very drinkable. The room key is a button type so you don't have to carry the key around. Dinner was very delicious. The bath felt great. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.Points of concern: Please consider wearing slippers. It would be better to check in and check out at the front desk, but if I were to use a machine, I would like it to be easier to use (such as a larger screen or the ability to select meal times).

You can enjoy the cloudy sulfur hot springs from the Shika-no-yu source. Check-in can be done using a QR code, check-out can be pre-paid using your smartphone, and you can even order dinner and drinks using your smartphone. The room key was a PIN code type, so it was convenient and I didn't have to worry about the key.You can also make a reservation for mugwort steaming from your smartphone, which costs 2,000 yen and takes 30 minutes. For women only, there are two rooms next to the large bath.The open-air bath is a hot spring. Although it was a little small, it was a great bath.The room was also very clean and relaxing. The Azalea course for dinner was also very delicious.Everything was done from my smartphone, but I think it would have been better if there was a paper version of the hotel's information. It's fun to look at the information after arriving.

The facility itself is old, but it didn't bother me because I could feel that they were working hard at the inn. The room was large and the open-air bath was nice. The welcome service includes wine, nuts, and cheese in the lounge with the best view. The food was also very satisfying. The wagyu beef dinner was very delicious.

I have stayed here twice so far. Anyway, hot water is good! As expected, the water is drawn directly from the source of Shika-no-yu. The lounge is comfortable and the rooms are clean and have no complaints.However, the food is not good. P.S. 2024.8I visited with my family of 4 during the Obon holiday in August.This time was the worst. During dinner, the four of us were seated in a row by the window. Is there such a thing?I think couples can sit side by side, but a family of four can sit side by side. My only experience is at the counter of a sushi restaurant or tempura restaurant. The windows are dirty, the view isn't great, and eating while watching insects being caught in spider webs is the worst. Normally, we would order alcohol and enjoy conversation while eating, but we eat in silence. The family of four next to me was also complaining about their concerns.I asked for a regular seat, even if it meant changing the time, but I insisted that I had a window seat. It's different from the window side where you can see fireworks and Tokyo Tower. It was really disappointing.At breakfast the next day, I didn't think we'd be seated 4 people abreast again, right? I was talking about this with my family, and as expected, the four of us were seated side by side by the window. I thought that they had put a lot of thought into where their costs should be spent. Front desk service is minimal, and is basically self-service and online. The information posted in the room is usually an app or website. The food was very delicious. The Tochigi Wagyu beef was especially delicious. The hot springs also have a natural hot spring feel, with the source being an acidic sulfur-containing sulfate source. I think it's a great balance between cost and satisfaction.

Stayed overnight on the last weekday of July without meals.I don't know about meals etc.This inn takes pride in its hot water drawn from the Shika-no-Yu source.A renovated hotel that previously operated under a different name.It seems like things are going well, with barcode check-in and a welcome drink in the nice lobby.It may be a good value hotel, although it may be old due to the fact that it retains the source of Shika-no-Yu.The guest room has a key entry pattern and a pin number entry key, but I wonder if it's still in the middle of being renovated?Even so, it is a popular inn with many visitors.I guess it's good that the price is reasonable.

It is located at a high altitude deep in the mountains in Nasu, so it is very quiet.Dinner or French dinner? The room is spacious and clean, but there are few amenities.If you want to drink coffee, we recommend buying it.The quality of the water in the open-air hot springs is good, but when you stir it up, you'll find quite a few dead insects...I wonder when it was cleaned.I've been going to the hot springs at Nasu Yumoto for over 20 years, and while the water is fresh, it's clear.As oxidation progresses, it becomes cloudy, but I felt that the cloudiness was at a cleaning level.I scooped up the hot water from the yumoto into a bucket and just poured it over the bath.Although the quality of the hot springs is good, this is a very disappointing inn.

I am a woman in my 50s traveling alone.I want to enjoy Shika-no-Yu slowly and will be a repeat visitor.I dared not eat, and took a bath whenever I wanted, as much as I wanted.The room was clean, spacious, and quiet.We enjoyed the welcome drink in the lobby lounge from 3:00pm to 6:00pm while looking out the large windows.I like traveling alone, but being alone all the time can be lonely, soI sipped my wine slowly while feeling the quiet presence of the couples, solo travelers, and families with their children around me.It's a quiet place to spend time.I will come again by myself to refresh myself.

It is a rare acidic and sulfuric hot spring in Nasu Onsen. Hot water is very good.After checking in at the entrance, it's nice to have a welcome drink in the lounge, where you can relax and enjoy the view.The air conditioning in the room was not working well, so I had to change rooms. It may just be that the air conditioning is not working well in that room, but I think it is necessary to take measures.There is no hot spring in the guest rooms (it's a sulfur spring, so it can't be helped), so everyone goes to the public bath, but the open-air bath feels small considering the number of rooms. There was a time when we stopped entering the public bath because it was crowded in the evening.It's a good hot spring, but it's a shame that it's a little small. I think it would be better to refer to other sulfur spring inns and hotels.

Visited on 2024/06/15.Welcome drinks and light snacks were available in the spacious lobby lounge. Return what you used by yourself.The room was calm and the view of greenery from the window was very nice.The room wear is a yukata. There was no outlet next to the bed, there was one at the desk.The hot spring seemed to be about half the size of what it looked on the official website. In particular, the indoor bath was small.The outdoor bath was very nice and had a lot of sulfur smell!The ingredients are also strong, and it is deposited white on the rocks of the rock bath. This hurts if you touch it, so you should be careful if you have children around.The women's bath has a Refa shower head and hair dryer.Are the branches of the tree blindfolding the women's bath thin? Depending on the location, you could see the guest room perfectly...Being able to see the other side...I strongly hope that it will be improved.(Around the outside center of the open-air bath)Dinner was a multi-course meal, and everything was colorful and delicious.The bread came with olive oil, but it would have been nice to have butter as well.The main dish after the fish didn't come very often, and the couple who came after us were served their main dish first.
