4.7 stars.Pros: Superb location. Beautiful decor and designs. Solid staff from the reception to the restaurant. Lovely room with well thought out features.Cons: Was disappointed when upon checking in to see that the video games were no longer there (which was a big factor for booking this as my teenage sons are gamers). Snacks are appreciated but selection could improve.Overall, we all enjoyed the location greatly. The room was comfortable though very pricey b/c of location, location, location. If you have the budget or a mountain of points to spend, the Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo is a solid choice. If you’re stretching the budget and points, I would recommend elsewhere then.Thank you HCGT team for a pleasant stay. You have a beautiful hotel and very professional team.

Such a comfortable hotel and excellent experience. When you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly concierge. Check in was easy. The room was huge compared to Tokyo standards, spacious, and clean. It was amazing to stay in! The location was central to everywhere in Ginza. We had such a good night's sleep here.

The complimentary beverages and snacks was a fantastic perk. Origami paper provided kids something to do in the room or lobby. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. Hotel stay for 4 nights was a great and enjoyable experience. Breakfast at Namiki was delicious and the selection was superb.

The hotel is located in Ginza, situated in a fancy neighborhood with lots of luxury brand stores in walking distance. Yurakucho station is about a 9 minute walk and Ginza station is about 6 minute walk. What I would highlight is the staff. There’s Japanese and foreign staff (ethnically foreign or mixed?) from what I can tell. Their English was native level, which caught me by surprise and makes communication a lot easier. The service from the staff were superb, very polite and assisted with my luggage upon arrival. The layout is unique compared to other hotels in that upon entering, you will need to take an elevator to the lobby or “4th” floor. Amenities like snacks, drinks, and lounge area are available in the lobby. There’s a currency exchange machine as well, which is very convenient. After checking in, there’s a separate elevator in the lobby that takes you to the floor of your room. The rooms are high-tech and have a contemporary theme. Non-centralized heating/AC system so you can control the temperature of your room. There’s also a HDMI outlet in the wall to plug into, which allows you to connect your device and stream to the TV. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
