Stayed in January 2024. I booked this hotel because the hotel prices in Sanda City are high. It was good that it was close to Kobe Fruit Flower Park Roadside Station and Premium Outlets, about 15 minutes by car. There are 4 double rooms (twin) in each cottage, and the number of rooms available is determined by the number of people. Rooms that are not in use will be locked so you cannot enter them. For two people, one room will be used, and the remaining three rooms will be locked. Since the entire building was reserved, I was able to stay without worrying. The room was clean, so if you just want to sleep, there's no problem. However, the air conditioner didn't work well and it was cold all the time which was a pain. Is it hot in summer? The toilet was Western style, but the seat was cold. There are no amenities so you will need to bring your own. There was a large public bath, but I didn't use it this time. Please note that payment is only in cash. Parking was free.

It's not a business hotel in the first place, but a training facility, so you have to keep that in mind. Cottage? There are several locations, and some of them have private rooms. The toilet, sink, TV, and refrigerator are shared, and you can only access the bath by walking to the public bath located in a separate building.There was no Wi-Fi, and smartphone reception (au) was poor.I've used it several times, but if you don't want too much...By the way, it is located in a remote area, so there are only mountains around.In the summer, insects (centipedes, stink bugs, etc.) can be found indoors.It may be a good environment for those who like camping.

The staff at the facility were also very kind and helpful.I would like to use your hotel again next time when I visit the Mita area.I was able to relax and relieve my fatigue in the large bathroom.It made me feel nostalgic, as if I was remembering my middle school and high school days.

I like this kind of facilityA cheap and relaxing cottage for rent.Although you can't deny the age, the room was kept clean. There was no cigarette smell, which I was worried about, and the room was fully heated and comfortable.The toilet is Japanese style.There is a large public bath in a separate building, and a famous hot spring area is just a short drive away.The staff's response was very pleasant and I would like to use it again.

It is a place used for training camps for club activities and circles, but we rented out one building for 7 people from 2 families, and it was comfortable to sleep in without worrying. For the bath, I went to Arima Onsen.

I used it for training at a company I joined as a new graduate.I remember training while being yelled at from morning till night.We were all practicing memorizing sales manuals in the mountains in the middle of the night, and I remember wondering how everyone was doing by now.The room was cleaner than I expected, and the dining room was large and comfortable.Since it was spring, the cherry blossoms and other flowers were soothing.

A brown cicada, which you can hardly see anymore in the urban areas of Kansai, was parked by the screen door of the room. I waited quietly, hoping to hear that unique cry, but before I knew it, it was gone. disappointing.

The rooms are quite modest and old, though unexpectedly clean, very clean. I saw very few people from the staff, but they were kind and helpful. The location is impressive, especially since we went when the sakura (cherry trees) were in bloom.

There were about 20 stink bugs in the room. When I took my slippers out of my locker to get rid of them, there were stink bugs inside them too. There were stink bugs under the sheets of the bed, and I could often hear the sound of their wings while I was sleeping. Even if you don't really hate insects, you'll hate them.

The nearest station is Dojo Station on the JR Fukuchiyama Line. The location is on the top of a mountain, so if you want to go there on your own, it would be difficult without a car, but they provided a shuttle bus, which was very helpful. Since it is a place full of nature, there are many insects. There are some places where it is difficult to receive radio waves. Hiking is also possible.There are several accommodation buildings, and groups can basically rent out the entire building with several rooms. There are refrigerators and toilets in each accommodation building, and for bathing, guests go to a large or small bath located in a separate building.If you make a reservation, you will be able to use the meeting room and there will be no distractions around you, so you can concentrate. Also, if you get permission, you can use the tennis courts and table tennis courts. Dinner can be changed to BBQ or Sukiyaki for a fee, so we had a lot of fun. Breakfast was buffet style, but the portions were small so you'd get hungry quickly.Please take a commemorative photo when you leave. Next time you go, you can check the commemorative photos in the album in the lobby. By the way, the ice cream that can be purchased at the front desk is delicious and recommended.

It's hard to say, but I guess it's okay if you use it in a group.It has the feel of a public office and is old, so don't have high expectations and just think of it as a training camp.
