It's close to Motomachi Station and close to the subway station, and recently, perhaps due to the influence of inbound tourism in both Tokyo and Kansai, weekday fares can exceed 10,000 yen, making it a bit difficult to choose.

It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk from Sannomiya Station via the underground passage. I think it would take more time if I had a carrier. Neither good nor bad.

2.3 minutes walk from the east exit of JR Motomachi Station. If you want to extensively sightsee around the Sannomiya and Motomachi areas, it is located exactly in the middle.I think it's convenient to use as a base for sightseeing. There's a subway right next to it. Daimaru is right in front of you.I think it's fine if you're just staying the night.

I stayed here to see the Mid-Autumn Festival in Nankinmachi. The reception and lobby are small due to the busy area of Kobe. Welcome drinks, black and green tea bags, coffee sticks, loungewear, etc. are available in the lobby. The breakfast venue is located on the basement floor.Although the rooms on the 4th floor are small, they are compact and meet the requirements. There is a reading light, refrigerator, alarm clock, baggage rack, and electric kettle. What we don't have is an air purifier, safe, memo paper, etc. The table is occupied by the TV, phone, etc. and there is hardly any space to put anything. The bathroom is sunken a few centimeters. The face towel also has the hotel logo on it.Breakfast is 700 yen and can be eaten on the same day. Check out 10am. The hotel is an average business hotel. The location is very convenient for sightseeing in Nankinmachi. Stayed on September 23, 2024

The level of cleaning is terrible. Is it because I booked on the eco plan? The cleaning was also eco friendly. (in a bad way)Mold on the gasket of the bathroom door, mold inside the air conditioner, and dust above the bathroom light.The air conditioner's filter cleaning indicator remains on.It's clearly a buildup of dirt that hasn't been cleaned in a long time.I was staying during a 3-day weekend, but I booked it because it was cheaper than the market price and the R&B Shin-Osaka I stayed at in the past was beautiful, but I was disappointed.I realized how important it is to choose a place to stay. Even if it's a little expensive, it seems like you need to pay to end your trip comfortably.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, so shops, restaurants, and transportation are very good and convenient.In particular, Nankinmachi is a 190m walk away and the shopping street is even closer, so it's perfect for sneaking out of your room to look around and eat.The hotel hallways and rooms feel a little old, but are clean.The staff working at the front desk was also friendly. As a gift, they bring a gift basket of tissues, packs, etc. and tell you to pick two items, and they even subtly choose the best product for you.The single room was quite spacious for a hotel in the middle of the city.The bed was about a super single and the table wasIt was very convenient because I could use it by pushing it in and out.The bathroom was also quite spacious, so there was no major inconvenience in moving around and taking a shower.However, there was no microwave or bending machine in the hotel, so I couldn't bring food and heat it up.Perhaps because transportation is so good, there is no parking lot or affiliated parking lot, so customers who visit with their own cars have to solve parking problems on their own.Also, there was a smoking booth halfway between the entrance door and the stairs leading to the restaurant, so there were times when there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke at the front desk when going out and coming in.Aside from these minor details, I think it was a really well-located and cost-effective hotel.

Small dirt and dust are noticeable in the room.Also, there's no electricity in the ceiling, which is too bad. Too dark.There is too much dust from air conditioners and vertical lighting. Is the price and location the only advantage?
