Simple business accommodation.There is a FamilyMart convenience store nearby, which can meet daily needs.On the side of the road, if there is a wild boy at night, you will be woken up.

All amenities are provided, you can come and go freely 24 hours a day, and check out can be completed by putting your card key in the box.There is a paid parking lot right next to it.Even if it's full, there's a 🅿️ nearby.

Check-in and check-out can be done by machine. The front desk is also not very popular.It seems to be a relatively new building and the rooms are clean.Since the main road is right in front of the room, the soundproofing is quite good.Personally, the good point was that even though it was a single room, two sets of bath towels and face towels were provided.It's also nice to have a microwave in the room (although I didn't use it).Breakfast may be included, but most plans require you to stay without meals.Overall, I think it's simple but functional and easy to use as it feels like an inexpensive accommodation.

The bathroom door in the room didn't open. I asked the person at the front desk to look at it, but it wouldn't open, so I asked them to change rooms. In the bathroom of the room I changed to, there were water drops and hair stuck to the walls.Since the front desk is not available in the morning (as I was told), I was told that I could not leave my luggage there.

I used it for one night for work. There was a post saying that the cleaning was not done properly, but I didn't feel that way, but I also don't feel that the cleaning was done properly. There is no hotel parking lot, but there is a coin parking nearby.Also, there was a microwave in the room, which was convenient.The walls at Live Mass are thin and the bathtubs feel small.There is no ice maker and no umbrella rentals.Bets are good. I have lower back pain, but it doesn't hurt in the morning.

Honestly, I'm kidding as a hotel.The previous guest's trash and cigarettes were left in the trash can, and it might be hard to tell, but there was a bamboo shoot under the bed.This was the most shocking hotel I've stayed in recently.

I choose this hotel because it’s only about 30 minutes away from Itami airport.The room was nice and clean, the reception staff from Nepal was very nice and spoke Japanese very well.It’s located near a major highway but I didn’t feel it’s noisy.I didn’t find a parking spot that the hotel offers, but there were some cheap parking spots near the hotel.I left the hotel 6:50am and I made it to take my flight at 8am.

You can stay there for just under 7,000 yen per night on weekdays, so it's very cost-effective.However, even though I requested it in advance, it was very unsanitary with dust on the desk, black mold on the humidifier tank of the air purifier, and black mold on the bathroom shower curtain.I think it's good for those who don't care and are concerned about price.

I have stayed at many business hotels, but this one is by far the least clean. I don't want to say anything bad, but I would like to write this in hopes that it will be helpful to others. The desk had dust and hair on it, so I had to wipe it myself first when I entered. Can't you just wipe it with a cloth? Is cleaning complete just by making the bed? I've stayed at other LiveMax, but it was completely different.

I used it for consecutive nights. I was basically confined to my room, but it wasn't an inconvenience thanks to the microwave and refrigerator in the room.The person at the front desk seemed to be from a foreign country, but he responded with a smile. They accommodated my request for an extended stay right away, and gave me a new set of bath towels right away.There's Evista and a convenience store within a short walk, so you won't have any trouble finding food. It was nice to be able to go out whenever I wanted, and the police station was right next door, so I felt safe. Perhaps because the room was in a good location, I could see the sky clearly from the window, and the room didn't feel claustrophobic.I was a little surprised that there was mold growing in the humidifier tank, but other than that, I didn't feel that the room was that dirty. If you don't have too high expectations, you'll probably have a good stay.

At 8:30 in the morning, I went shopping at a convenience store and brought the wrong card with me, so I couldn't get into my room.When I went to the front desk, there was no one there.When I called the contact number in the photo, a strange foreigner answered the phone and said that no one would be available until 12:00.Finally, I asked the cleaning person to unlock my room.I will never stay there again.

For use on business tripsI stayed overnight without meals, but there is a convenience store nearby so I didn't have any inconvenience.We recommend getting up early in the morning and taking a walk to Nishinomiya Shrine.
