We stay at this place for 2 nights. We are very grateful to the entire staff for their very friendly treatment and delicious meals. We felt welcome throughout the visit. This was our first time staying in a ryokan-type accommodation, and although we didn't always know how to act, the staff helped us very politely and patiently. Dinners and breakfasts were carefully prepared from high-quality ingredients, and we certainly never left hungry! Our Japanese-style room was clean and beautiful, it was an experience just to stay in the room. The bath we used was really relaxing. The location of the guest house is a little further from the center, which was a pleasant thing for us because the location was peaceful.

This inn was the most expensive and least satisfying one I've ever stayed at. I cannot recommend it.I've been debating whether to write about it or not, but even though it was last year, I still feel confused when I think about it and it's crab season again this year.I am writing this in hopes that it will be helpful to everyone.I went on a family trip with 8 people on December 5, 2023.In addition to the large public bath, there is also a family bath, so when you want to take a bath, check the electronic bulletin board in the hallway to see if it is available.First, I asked for a brief explanation, but since there were so many people that it was difficult to hear, my aunt, who couldn't understand the bath system, went to the reception desk to ask again.I felt like I was treated coldly and told, ``Please come in,'' and I returned home disappointed. The inside of the inn was also quite old.The crab, which I was most looking forward to, didn't taste impressive and was just average... I've eaten various crabs every year at similar places, including Kinosaki Onsen, but this was the least delicious dinner I had.At the end of the evening, a woman came to make rice porridge.Since my grandparents were also there, I couldn't eat that much, so I felt sorry that I had leftover vegetables.Even though I asked her if she wanted to make rice porridge with vegetables, or if she wanted less rice, or if it was too difficult, I would do it for her...``You can't add vegetables because it changes the taste. Due to the amount of soup stock left, it is not possible to eat less rice. You can leave some rice porridge so I will make it. ” and tried to put in a large amount of rice, so I did everything in my power to stop it.Even though I know I won't be able to eat it, I can put a heaping amount of rice in it and leave it behind. So...I don't know if they are particular about vegetables, but I was really surprised as it was the first time I had ever been to a ryokan where they couldn't accommodate requests so flexibly. What made me sad was that most of the staff members I worked with were unfriendly and made me feel very bad.Since it is not on the main street in Kinosaki Onsen, the price may be a little cheaper. If anyone is confused,I hope you will refer to it as a personal opinion 🙏I will never go there.Sorry for the long reply.

First time to Kinosaki Onsen.I decided to go here because it looked delicious, you could see fireworks, and there was a massage chair! How many servings for dinner? ? It was so luxurious and I was full. The long-awaited crab was delicious! The sashimi is fresh and plump, and has a different moisture content ✨Tempura is freshly fried! I can't get enough of the crispiness. There are two types of shabu-shabu meat, and the big meat is so soft that you won't be able to stop shabu-shabu (lol)The takikomi rice was delicious with a good dashi soup, but I was disappointed that I could only eat a little of it because it didn't come in anymore...I was too full to eat the pudding for dessert, so I went back to my room and had it later.Breakfast was a very satisfying meal with a wide variety of small dishes, fish, and miso soup! There are 5 private baths available, and you can use any available baths.I visited two locations, once at night and once in the morning.Too bad I didn't have time to take a cat bath in my room after going to the fireworks and getting a massage (lol)Next time you come, be sure to take the cat bus! !

It's a little far from the center of Kinosaki Onsen, so I give it a 4 star rating for location, but the rooms have been renovated and are very clean and well-cleaned, so the cleanliness is unbeatable. The meal was filled with abalone, Tajima beef sukiyaki, and fresh sashimi that was just ripe for eating.Furthermore, we were treated with great care when we were greeted and seen off, and we were truly satisfied, so we hope to visit you next time when the crab is delicious.

I was very satisfied with the inn's atmosphere, system, variety of baths, and many other good things, but I'm still disappointed in the way the front staff treated me when I left.We were traveling with an 8-month-old baby, and the young male staff member who was in charge of our room took great care in arranging the tableware for meals in the room. I was happy. We were told that there would be fireworks going off, so we were given detailed instructions on where we could get a good view of the fireworks, and the price of the accommodation was reasonable, so we were satisfied with the quality. On the way home, I realized that I had forgotten to boil water for my baby's milk, so I asked if I could use the water server installed in the inn to fill my water bottle with hot water, but was told that they do not allow you to take it home in a container. "Yes," he said. Of course, I am aware that it was my fault for not pre-heating the water using the water heater in the room, but I felt that hospitality was lacking as I was paying a not-so-cheap rate. After checking out, I went to a souvenir shop and after shopping, I asked if they could give me some hot water, and they kindly filled it in my water bottle. It was a shame, as many ramen shops these days will heat baby food or add hot water for milk.I think it's too much for a baby who can only stay hydrated through milk in the intense heat.I'm lowering the star only because of the response from the front staff at the end. Without this it would have been 5 stars.

I was disappointed in the response of the Nakai who took me to my room. When I ate meals in my room, I was asked several times whether the pace of the meal was slower than the waiter's expected pace or ``Didn't you eat that yet?'' The people I came with were also there just to have some fun, so at first I tried not to worry about it, but towards the end it was difficult to enjoy the meal. It was a while ago, so I don't know if he's still here. Also, I think this is the inn's policy, but it seems like you have to go to the outdoor bath after having a meal, so I don't think this inn is suitable for people who want to enjoy a leisurely tour of the outdoor baths.
