The price and service didn't match.・Good pointsThere was an indoor poolMost of the staff were kindEverything at the dinner buffet was delicious.I was glad that the large public bath had an unusual shape, and the view of the forest was relaxing. There was a kids space・Bad pointsI had to leave my car keys with me (I was nervous)Staff had to handle all loading and unloading of cars. When I forgot something in the car or when I wanted to leave for a while, I had to wait a long time and was careful ^^;The changing rooms and water at the pool were pretty dirty, and the chlorine was so strong that my child's eyes turned red and swollen. The room was so small that I thought the photo was a scam. There was a rather large cockroach in the public bath. There is a sauna but no cold bathAll the pasta for dinner had almost no taste. Most of the drinks for dinner were paid, and I would have liked the juice to be available at a drink bar.For breakfast in the lounge, the children also had the same roast beef focaccia sandwich. I was at an age where I had never eaten roast beef, so I was in trouble. I couldn't even share it with my 1-year-old child who didn't have rice. At least I wanted them to choose between bread and rice. Maybe I didn't check enough, but since dinner was a buffet, I thought it would be a buffet in the morning as well, so I was disappointed. The geta I wore to go to the hot springs in the annex were stiff and painful. I also found it difficult to walk and had to carry my child in my arms, so I was drenched in sweat. I should have gone to sweat...There are no alcohol vending machines. The elevator is so small that it's difficult for the whole family to get on board if they're carrying luggage.

I stayed for one night on a weekday in mid-September. It seems like it was renovated in 2020, and the interior looks very nice. The rooms, food, and customer service are all satisfactory.

It was a good room even though it was a little expensive, so it was good. It would have been even better if check-out was at 11:00!

I stayed here on my trip to Awaji Island. We had dinner in a private room, but the food was served quickly, making it a little hectic for me as I was traveling with a child.Breakfast was a buffet, and there was a wide variety and it was delicious.I stayed in a regular floor room, so I had a hard time sleeping at night due to the indescribable smell in the room and noises coming from the rooms upstairs and next door. The prices don't seem to differ that much between the regular floor and the Nagomi floor, so if you're considering staying, we recommend making a reservation on the Nagomi floor. The hot springs were amazing!Depending on the time of day, the place may be empty and you can have a relaxing time, so if I could just use the hot springs, I would definitely do it.
