One of my ultimate favorite places to stay at in Kobe! The place is so unique and comfortable, I love how they made it a retro, artistic, bohemian vibe lol the staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and what you would need is available.Edit: probably not the cleanest cause i found the most gigantic cockroach roaming around the room near the beds AND a foul smell filled the room that i couldn’t dictate, i was so so disgusted 😭🤮

The location is in a residential area and very quiet. There are no large shopping malls or shops nearby, so there won't be many tourists. It only takes about five to 10 minutes to get there by JR or train. …

The Nakamura hostel is in a somewhat remote area but it is appreciated that it is a quiet neighborhood. You can see that the building before becoming a hostel was something else: the owner has transformed it in a very special and charming way. The staff was always very kind to me, always smiling, recommending things to me. You have free tea and coffee and other food. The wifi works well. There is space to work. The beds are very comfortable. The spaces are quite clean, but being a very large house with so many things, it is normal to find a little dust at times. I have felt super comfortable and safe at all times, I would love to live in this hostel.

A guest house that is a renovated Japanese restaurant. The interior is covered in typical (somewhat cheap) art.Shampoo is provided, but towels are available for a fee. The shower room is small, and there is a box to put your clothes in so they don't get wet, but it's small. To begin with, that box is wet. Hmm.The size of the bed is okay, but the walls are thin so noise leaks through. Things like snoring and farting. There are two power outlets.Well, I don't think it will be a problem for people who are used to cheap hotels. There are also lockers. (However, the lock is small, so it might be best not to put valuables in it.)High rate of foreigners. When I called at check-in, it suddenly spoke English. The first floor is a free space, and there is also a refrigerator.I don't think there are many restaurants nearby where you can eat.I think it passes the test as a cheap hotel. You can't expect anything to be barrier-free.

Good price/quality deal, inside is really pop, suggested if you’ll pass from Kobe.

Check-in is a bit difficult. There is no permanent owner. The next best option is to make a phone call once you arrive. Access is free 24 hours a day with a password. The lounge on the first floor is an independent space, so you can feel free. It feels good to relax in traditional Japanese style.

Art everywhere 🎨It's a great place to get to know Shinkaichi. There are many guests from overseas, so you can enjoy international exchange. There are many bars nearby so I couldn't resist the temptation🥲I would like to recommend this inn to people who like deep spots.Joe from Joe Blog seems to like it 😂

Nowadays, fashionable guesthouses are the mainstream, and it has a home-made feel that is rare.Aside from the fact that the 9pm curfew was too early, no matter how many times I tried the security key, the door wouldn't open, probably because it wasn't engaged, and it finally unlocked after about the 10th time.Wi-Fi doesn't connect to Android or iPhone.
