I visited in February with my two dogs and my husband. I liked it so much that I visited it again in April. This is an inn that I would like to continue coming back to in the future. Not only will you be satisfied with the hospitality of the owner, landlady, and employees, but you will also be pleased with the seasonal items beautifully arranged in brightly colored small bowls served in your room. I thoroughly enjoy it. Also, the location of the inn is perfect for our family. The park next to the inn was introduced, but that's all... We were so happy to see the two girls running around freely and happily and stress-free. Ah, I'm glad I brought you here! This is a place that makes you feel that way.I search for lodgings based on whether pets are allowed, hot springs, meals, and the size and number of dogs.Every weekend, I travel to Lake Kawaguchi in the summer and to Izu and Chiba in the winter, finding good-looking lodgings. However, at Matsubarakan, you can let your dog in without wiping its paws at the entrance, there is an elevator, you don't have to worry about finding a place to go for a walk early in the morning, you can go for a walk in the mountains, and they have delicious hot spring steamed buns. I think there are very few inns that offer meals served to your room.You can pay in cash, and you can also bring your dog's amenities with you.

I stayed here for 2 nights starting at the end of the year. The staff were all very nice people, and I didn't really have anything to complain about, but there was one thing that I really didn't like: the hot water in the bathroom was dirty. On the first day, my family said that they got a bunch of hair tangled in their arm while using the bath, and I also got a bunch of hair tangled in my arm when I was using the other bath. . . I think it's really great to have a bath 24 hours a day, but since the men and women take turns, I wonder when the baths are cleaned. When I discovered the strand of hair, it was early in the morning, so I don't think there were many people there yet. . I scooped it up in a bucket and flushed it away. . That's the only thing that really bothered me. Since it is such a good place, I feel it is a waste, so I have written about it. Thank you for staying for 2 nights.

The hospitality of the staff at the inn, including the landlady, was wonderful.It was a long-established inn that looked old from the outside, but the inside was well-cleaned, the food served in the room was delicious, and above all, the hot springs were the best.One drawback was that you could only pay by cash, so I think it would be nice if you could pay by card.

I was able to repeat this year as well. No matter how many times I say it, I am very satisfied with everything from the hospitality, food, and hot springs.When my family and my dog arrived at Matsushirokan, I felt relieved and relaxed, and I'm glad I was able to come again this year.It's not a new ryokan, but I think it's very nice and has a nice atmosphere.

First trip with a dog. We had to change our schedule due to the approaching typhoon, and just before we received a phone call from the reservations manager. Maybe you were given a larger room than when you booked? I was grateful.Breakfast and dinner were served in the room and were plentiful, allowing the family to relax without worrying about other dogs or guests. There is a large park next door, making it easy to take a walk.The facilities and rooms are old, but they seem to be well kept. It was nice to have a dog with me so it was easy.The hot spring water was thick and felt good.The staff were very nice, and the bath I took with my dog was a fun memory.

When we stayed with 3 people, when we added 3 servings of custom-ordered sashimi, they called us and told us that they thought 2 servings would be enough. It was a really nice inn with a very nice proprietress and friendly employees.In addition, the food is very voluminous, delicious, and includes seasonal vegetables, so I'm very satisfied. I was also happy to meet the dog at the inn.
