I'm glad I was able to use the wonderful rooms and services during the renewal campaign. However, I was disappointed that the floor of the toilet in the hallway was a little dirty, but I informed the front desk.It was during the holidays, so the bathroom was crowded.Even with that, my friends who were with me were satisfied with the hotel and thought it was a good one.

This time I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The reception staff is very responsive, and the cheerful greeting from Mr. Hara who cleans the bathroom always makes me feel at ease.At Nagomitei, Mr. Tanaka took care of us even though he was busy.I will book Port Tower Hotel again.I would like to thank the staff at Port Tower Hotel for their cheerful greetings and response.Mr. Shimizu, the front staff, also worked hard. I'm sure you have a lot to remember, but please do your best.

I was looking for a hotel with a kids room in Kobe and ended up here. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's perfect for families visiting Port Tower and Anpanman Museum. The Japanese-Western room had a queen-sized bed, and three parents and children could sleep in a river-shaped bed. I was worried about falling off the bed, but there was no problem. The kids room had picture books and toys, so it was a hotel that even children could enjoy. The bath was comfortable, and there were plenty of activities to kill time in the building, which was great.I would like to use it again when I come sightseeing nearby.

I used it for 4 nights.I was disappointed that the clock in the room was broken and the bathroom area was a bit old-fashioned, but the breakfast and large hot springs were good. The breakfast buffet was especially good with a lot of variety.Honestly, it was such a good hotel that I could have stayed all day, with happy hour, a bedrock bath, a small manga corner, and a free coffee server. All of the staff members were very kind, and I would like to thank them for their time.
