I highly recommend staying at this hotel, whether you're in town for business or for pleasure. The hotel is incredibly clean, peaceful, and filled with the amenities you'd need for any type of stay. The hotel staff, in addition to being constantly available and helpful, are so nice and enthusiastic about sharing the special traditions of Japan. Best of all, the meals are excellent—all very fresh ingredients, beautifully prepared, and well coursed. We were lucky to be here for work, which we highly recommend if you have a large group and need to have a seamless and well streamlined working and travel experience. The hotel could not have been a better partner!I highly recommend staying at this hotel, whether for business or pleasure. When I first came to Izunagaoka Onsen, this ryokan had a good reputation. Our family of three came on vacation and installed the mattress on tatami, so the bed was not hard and suitable for our family's habit of liking soft mattresses. Surprisingly, there are many bicycles available for rent, but unfortunately I do not have riding clothes. I will come again next time.

The facility was nice and clean. The breakfast is also delicious and good. The hot springs were also nice. However, when I rented a bicycle, they did not tell me that there was a charge. There are also electric and regular road bikes, and electric ones are 500 yen more expensive. However, I was offered an electric version without permission and kept silent about the difference in price. When I asked if the prices were different, I was told that the electric version is more expensive. You should say from the beginning that there is a fee, and you should also say that the prices are different. Other than that it was good.

The rooms have a modern Japanese feel, and have been beautifully renovated while still taking advantage of the old feel. Although the hot spring water was fed directly from the source, it was small but pleasant and very good. We also have shampoos for you to choose from. Two types are included by swapping the genders. We toasted marshmallows while enjoying drinks at the bonfire bar in the courtyard. You can purchase it at the front desk for 300 yen.The breakfast was highly rated in reviews, but unfortunately the chowder and vegetable soup were lukewarm and the other side dishes were not kept warm by the warmer and were cold overall. There seem to be several dinner options nearby, but the area is quiet and not as busy as a hot spring town. So I drove a few kilometers away to eat. When traveling by train, we recommend doing some research in advance. There was also an Aeon within walking distance.

It seems like a hotel mainly used by people who cycle. There were vending machines for drinks and food, and there was unlimited juice. The room was very clean and had a nice smell of tatami.Only the shower room looked foreign, as it was meant for foreigners staying there. For some reason, there was a gap at the end of the shower room, and the water from the shower leaked out, making the ground all wet.
