The parking lot is at the back of the building.Parking is not possible from the front. Both the indoor and outdoor hot spring baths were great. You don't have to bring your own towel; there are towels in the changing room. There is a sauna, but no cold bath.Smoking areas are located in front of the EV on the 4th floor and in the parking lot on the 1st floor. The food was delicious!Because it's Japanese food,Might be a little unsatisfactory for junkies? ?There is a Lawson nearby, so we recommend purchasing it first.Overall, I don't have many complaints, butRegarding the room, I could only use the air conditioner (24/10), and it was chilly from night to morning, and the room was noticeably dry. ←Unfortunate point😅There were some reviews saying that there were fingerprints on the cup.I was fine.

The food was good.Especially the sashimi I had for dinner was very fresh and delicious. It was a standard course, but I was satisfied. For breakfast, the steamed vegetables were sweet and delicious. The rooms, customer service, service, and hot springs are still inferior to long-established inns, but I thought this would be a good choice if you were sightseeing with an emphasis on price. I would like to stay there again.

Visited on September 28, 2024, and posted the following day. I made a reservation on Jalan four months in advance, and the deciding factor at the time was that it was cheaper than other accommodations in Yumura Onsen. Originally, when I rode my motorcycle on National Route 9, I often witnessed staff welcoming guests at hotels in this hot spring area, and I felt that the hot spring community was putting a lot of effort into providing customer service. I wanted to visit there. The parking lot does not face the national highway, so I had prepared in advance for my visit, but I thought it would be nice if there was a more conspicuous information board if you were coming from the foster direction. However, the staff stationed in the parking lot provided smooth guidance, and I was able to feel the spirit of hospitality here as well.I chose a modern Japanese style room, but the amenities were also very complete. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi connection throughout the building was generally poor. However, if you think of this as a thoughtful gesture from the inn, saying, ``Forget your smartphone today and enjoy an extraordinary experience,'' it makes sense.Although our accommodation plan was relatively inexpensive, we were still able to enjoy locally sourced ingredients for both dinner and breakfast. There are two hot springs, ``Kawa-no-yu'' and ``Yama-no-yu'', and the men and women are alternated, but you need to be careful here, because in the Kawano-yu there are pillars in both the indoor bath and the open-air bath. The location is a bit small. On the other hand, the Yama-no-yu side was spacious without any obstacles, and the open-air bath had deep water. I thought it would be appropriate for the staff to ask me to take charge of the two baths here. If you get tipsy after eating and don't take a hot spring bath at night, it's a shame that you can only enjoy one or the other during your one-night stay. Also, the sink was shallow, so I felt that water easily splashed around. These points are negative points, but I felt the hospitality was strong, so I gave it a total of 5 points.

It was really good. The customer service from the employees is very pleasant. The service of drinks and amenities is very complete. And best of all, the food is really delicious. I'm sure there are other delicious dishes such as crab, shrimp, sashimi, and beef, but each dish was so elaborate that I was left impressed by the many dishes that went beyond my imagination. The chef is so talented.I will recommend it to my family and friends.

I used it on a family trip. Since I was traveling with a 1-year-old child, I informed them in advance that I would be inconvenienced during mealtimes. I was very happy that you treated me so kindly. The restaurant had a nice, modern atmosphere, and they were considerate of the fact that I had children, so I was really happy that even though I had children, I was able to enjoy delicious drinks and food. This is a wonderful inn where the employees are full of hospitality, even bringing umbrellas to the parking lot even when we were walking around the hot spring town in the rain. The inside of the hotel was also very clean and nice.I would like to use it again. thank you very much.
