Looks like a lovebo. The clerk is unfriendly. No greetings. The bathroom was very dirty. There will be no second time.

I couldn't find a business hotel so I stayed here. The bathroom, room, and bed were larger and more comfortable than the business hotel. It's a hassle to put it in the garageThe negative point is that the reception is not very responsive.

Attention tourists, this is a popular hotel for couples! Late check-out will incur a surcharge. Personal advice is not suitable for tourists to rent.

For the first time, I stayed at a place with 702 open-air bath. There was nothing special about the room, and I think I was able to stay there without any problems. There was one problem: the total charge for the two days was about 33,000 yen, and I don't know if it was an accounting error or something planned, but I almost got charged 52,000 yen. I checked and was told that I had made a mistake, so I got the refund back to the normal amount, but I was scared to think if I had continued with the process.

I entered a room on the 8th floor to stay overnight. After a little while, I suddenly looked at my drink. There were a lot of ants swarming around the drink.I felt so bad that I left the room immediately, but the front desk's response was also terrible. The worst response was that I was charged the usual fee and had no sense of sincerity.I'm sure they won't even exterminate the ants.Absolutely no repeat possible.

I visited for the first time as a love hotel because I was curious about the exterior that can be easily seen from the Hanshin Expressway Kobe Line. Room 702Easy access by car along Route 43. Green areas and soundproof walls? So if you say it's easy to get in because you can't see it directly, it might be easy to get in.There was no guidance for parking, but when I stopped without permission, it was put away. The inside of the hotel was very quiet and there was no sign of other guests or couples, so it was nice to spend a calm and quiet time.Short breaks every hour may seem expensive, but staying overnight early can be a good deal. Looking at the fee structure alone, it seemed like a city hotel with a plus and accommodating short stays. The room is spacious and clean with a calm atmosphere. It was cold that day, but the air conditioning worked well and the linens provided were clean and well-maintained. I don't think there were any in-room facilities such as a microwave oven, Tefal, simple tea utensils, or a refrigerator for people to bring their own.The large TV and VOD menu are similar to surrounding love hotels. The baths were both indoors with a large bathtub and an outdoor bath that I couldn't tell at first because the side entrance was covered with a curtain. This one felt a little more isolated and we were able to spend a quiet and luxurious time just the two of us.Although I didn't try it this time, the food menu has a small selection of items that seem to be handmade. However, even the member price is expensive compared to other facilities. The front desk staff was a bit harsh, and some people might feel like they were being intimidated. I was a little surprised by this, as many of the other facilities in the area have very polite front desks these days. Apart from this one point, once you enter the room, it is a good hotel where you can spend a relaxing time in a clean, quiet room.

I was curious about it before it opened.I usually use all kinds of hotels in Kobe, and the facilities were new and the cleaning was very clean! It was available at a discounted price to commemorate the opening. The food was delicious, so I'll definitely be returning. The location away from other people is also highly recommended! !
