Fine basic room. Very quiet. Patio was a nice feature. Found a roach climbing on the wall on the last day. Not the best hotel I've stayed in but not bad. Would probably find something closer into the city next time. Check-in tablets were obnoxious to use as well.

My review jumps between 5 stars and 1 😕Great location, easy walking distance from Dekijima train station, supermarkets, Family Mart/Lawson and basic Bento restaurants. The hotel and rooms are very modern and spacious with ample air cons etc.The negatives are the check-in process is very difficult, having to use a tablet to contact someone via video chat to finalise the check-in after repeatedly typing in the same information again and again, having to hold our passports up to the camera for selfie type photos of our IDs.During the check in process we asked for fresh towels and garbage removal every 2 days, rather than a full clean (I'm funny about people being in the room when we're away)During our 12 day stay the room was attended to ONCE and that was after chasing up the hotel via Wotif, if you try to contact hotel staff/representatives via video chat they're unavailable/don't speak English and immediately hang up.The room had dirty stains on the curtains, a broken and stained futon that kept collapsing and behind the TV which is at waist level, is caked in dust.( Picture attached) Also one of the duvets was stained within the fresh cover.Any other things I think of will be added as an update, generally I hate leaving negative reviews but this warranted one in this case.

Price or quality? There were 5 people staying there and the cost was about 4,000 yen per person, but some of the rooms were not cleaned. There was dust under the bed, long hair in the closet, and the bottom of the cup was dirty. However, I think it's good for people who want to have a spacious room and watch movies on the TV.Slippers are very thinCheck-in troublesome

I stayed for 17 days from January 17th to February 2nd. When checking in, there was a video call procedure, but other than it being a bit stuttering, there were no problems. It was nice that it was right in front of the train station, and there were Daiso, grocery stores, a few but not many restaurants, Lawson, and Family Mart nearby. I made a reservation for 5 people and the room was spacious enough, and the cleanliness of the heater was a bit poor, but it was fine. Cleaning seemed to be done approximately once every three days, changing bedding and towels, and doing simple cleaning. This accommodation eliminated my prejudice that Japanese hotel rooms are small.

The room was spacious and clean, with 4 large beds, so 3 grandchildren and 4 adults could stay comfortably. There was also a washing machine, so it was convenient to dry the clothes in the bathroom the next day. There are several convenience stores nearby, parking is next door and in the back, and Dekishima Station is close, so it's convenient for those coming by train.

BE CAREFUL!! I had the worst check in experience. I usually don't post negative review but this was such a horrific experience. We arrived at the location at 4pm locat time. You can't get into the building unless a pass code was provided. We tried to get in with no luck. No communication sent ahead of time with how to get in. Usually I would get an email or whatsapp a day before or day of with clear instructions for self check-ins . The Contact number didn't work.It started raining and I desperately tried to go to the family Mart to borrow their form to call this place. No luck they wouldn't let me.Luckily a guest was walking out and opened the door for my family. The whole process was a nightmare trying check in.There were no clear instructions that we had to use the "tablet" to call an "operator" to verify us then we had to manually enter our information again. This whole ordeal has taken us 2 hrs. We tried calling the operator via the tables 20+ times and it kept showing up failed. When we did connect it ended up freezing on us.The "operators" are so disconnected they're not from Japan but hired from third party call centers. They probably get a lot of frustrated clients like myself frequently. We're so exhausted from our flight and train commute. We just want to check in and rest.

I stayed here on my way back from Uni, and it was a 15-minute drive away, and there was a convenience store and parking lot (500 yen) nearby, so it was convenient, and the pre-holiday accommodation was cost-effective and wallet-friendly.*I was worried about the cleanliness based on the reviews, but the room was clean and the room and bedding were spacious and comfortable.

I HIGHLY recommend this place! You check in through an iPad where you fill in your information and confirm through a video call with a human. We stayed 8 nights as three people and it cost about 7086 SEK (about $650). Which makes this less than 300 SEK ($30) per person, per night which is insanely cheap in my opinion. This place is an actual stone throw away from the station so it’s not too difficult to get anywhere. The train line is however not JR so if you want to ride JR lines you’d have to switch in Osaka. The room is huge, clean and extremely spacious, there is a washing machine and a shower room you can dry your clothes in. Big storage spaces, big fridge, big beds, mosquito-net sliding doors. I have nothing to complain about! Perfect 5/5!

The location is convenient for both car and train rides. There are two or three coin parks nearby. The cheapest parking is 500 yen per night. …
