This is a long-established inn.There are a lot of autumn leaves planted here, and the area is said to be very crowded during the autumn leaves season. This time I visited during the fresh green season, and I was soothed by the beautiful blue autumn leaves and the scenery of the mountains.The bath is a natural hot spring. I also took a bath in the open air. I go to the bath through the garden, but it's a little far. Also, since it's in the open air, insects will come along with you. People who are not good with insects should not enter. You can also relax in the indoor bath.There were many notebooks in the room for guests to leave comments, which was fun to read. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of the flowers and the invitation to relax with the origami cranes.A firefly viewing bus runs at night. The river is in the middle of a rural village, so I was a bit concerned about the smell of compost, but I saw a lot of fireflies.

Shioda Onsen is something I've always been curious about in Himeji.Only one hotel was a hot spring inn nestled in the middle of greenery with a hidden hot spring feel.There are a wide variety of tasteful baths, including an open-air family bath and a retro-style indoor bath, so you'll never get bored.I would like to visit again if I have a chance.

It was my first time visiting.Although it is not a large hot spring inn, it is a quiet and relaxing inn.The hotel was founded in the Meiji era, so the rooms are by no means new, but there are things that are commonplace, and the outside scenery gives it the feel of a hideaway in the mountains, giving it a nostalgic and relaxing atmosphere.In addition to the large public bath, there was also an open-air bath made of wood in an outbuilding at the back of the inn, and while I enjoyed the coldness of coming and going, I was warmed to the core by the sound of running hot water and the quietness of the bushes behind the mountain.For dinner, we had the ``Charcoal-grilled Shiki Kaiseki''.Salt-grilled amago, charcoal-grilled Tajima beef, and alcoholic drinks are also available.The next morning, we saw a light snowy landscape, which was an unexpected gift.Even in the cold weather, we enjoyed an open-air bath in the morning.For breakfast, we had Yutsubo porridge made from the hot spring source, which was flavored only with the hot spring water, but was mild and delicious.I could feel the attention to detail, such as the origami messages, and was able to enjoy a moment free from the usual bustle.There was nothing else around, so it was a nice inn that I would like to come back to again.thank you very much.

I used it with my family because it had good reviews.The large public bath is completely indoors only,There were caterpillars and palm-sized insects stuck to the ceiling, and although I think they were cleaning it, I didn't feel safe going inside.It can't be helped because the open-air bath is outside, but there were some insects floating around.There were longhorn beetles stuck in the room, and there were bugs everywhere, probably because it was deep in the mountains...When eating, you will have a private room, but several groups will share the same room.I shared a room with a group of middle-aged men, and it was so noisy that it was difficult for the family to have a conversation with each other, so I asked the inn to be careful. It seemed like other customers had warned us about it, but nothing changed.Even after I warned him several times, he didn't calm down and started complaining about me at an audible volume.Since there are children involved, I don't say anything back.I told them that I would like them to use the service later, but they just kept warning me and saying, ``I'm sorry for the inconvenience,'' and it felt like I was trying to spoil them.I was not able to eat comfortably.It had great reviews and I had high expectations for it, so it was a very disappointing trip.I can't afford to have any trouble, but I would like to see some improvement in the way you deal with it.

The floor is creaky in places.The Nakai-san is also very nice.Someone wrote about the room, but it might be a little musty.It's a little humid probably because it's in front of the pond.The hot water in the public bath feels more squeaky than smooth on your skin.A newt came out of the open air bath and I ran away in a panic.For those who were concerned about the smell after dinner, they provided new yukatas and bath towels.Both dinner and breakfast are a good amount. All were very delicious.There is a shop, but the number of items is small. Beer: 300 yen, low-malt beer: 200 yen, hot coffee: 200 yen, all tax excluded. Payment for purchased items is included in your room, so you don't have to carry your wallet with you. There's nothing in the refrigerator. The outlet is also unplugged to save electricity, so you can plug it in yourself if necessary.There are plenty of parking lots.
