It was a famous hotel, so we used it for our class reunion. I felt that the facilities, room, and interior were luxurious and as expected. However, the response, service, and food were honestly disappointing. When I asked for a private room, I was shown to a much larger room that didn't fit the number of people, which made me feel out of place.Unfortunately, the reception was curt and most of the food was cold. However, there were some people who responded wonderfully, so it may be a matter of education. When it comes to food, we want to eat hot food hot, cold food cold, and hot food hot.In addition, I think the hot spring was definitely a good hot spring.

It doesn't really feel like a 5-star hotel ❗ It's built on a steep slope, and the inside of the hotel is a maze ❗ The elderly Mr. Nakai in the restaurant was busy coming and going, so the taste of the food was half as bad. I guess only the hot springs were good 🤣
